My family of 4 had a very comfortable and relaxing stay here. The check-​in process was very fast and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted each time we went downstairs to the lobby. We stayed in the suite, which made it roomier for my older kids. It was a lovely stay and I highly recommend this hotel. The walk was not bad to downtown.

Tena she is awesome! She remember us after 5 months, she send us a present to our room because our anniversary, the last time that we came she showed us a map and she suggested us a place to spend the new years eve, incredible person and incredible hotel, We love it

Quiet hotel despite some construction across the street. Lovely hotel receptionist. Location ideal for experiencing Gatlinburg’s strip and close proximity to at least 2 hiking trails. Hotel, rooms, and pool was very very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

I booked a double queen room with a sofa bed in April 2016 to celebrate a bachelors party weekend. It was great to stay at a hotel that was only 15 months young. EVERYTHING felt we and clean.
Upon check in our group was greeted by Tina who was very friendly and quick with the check in process. I asked Tina for some advice on exploring the Great Smoky Mountains and pointed us to some great trails and the visitor center.
Our sixth floor room was very spacious and filled with amenities. We had two full size desks in two parts of room, one near the sofa bed and one near the two queen beds. In each of these areas there was a 42 – 50 inch LG flat screen television. TWO televisions!!! Since the hotel is new the beds were comfortable and we also had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The bathrooms were modern but I only wish there was a ventilation fan to remove the moisture during showers and other bodily functions. Hehe.
The gym had two thread mills and two ellipticals. No weight machines. Just one bench and free weights with a 42 – 50 inch LG television. Nice pool and an outdoor jacuzzi tub. Spacious indoor and outdoor lounge.
I would definitely stay again if I make a return trip to the smoky mountains.

New hotel located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg! Complimentary parking allows you to leave your car and walk a few steps to everything. Clean, contemporary and new! Finally a hotel in Gatlinburg that doesn’t smell musty and old!

This hotel is only 1 month old as of our 2 day stay in late September.. I did not want to stay because the hotel was not on Unilocal.I. So glad we stayed here. This is within walking distance from the strip yet away from all the people on the strip.. There is a small restaurant next door but we did not try it. The cleaning staff was outstanding and even showed us an open suite that was being cleaned. It was like having a tour guide. The is a Starbucks in the lobby as well with food and bar at night. This hotel was more expensive than. We usually pay for but it was well worth it..
The bathroom was exceptionally clean which is a priority for me… Hate find in someone else’s hair laying around. There was none of that here.
You will not be sorry if you stay in this nice hotel with excellent customer service.
The only complaint comes from my husband, who is a Carpenter by trade, he found some poor trim work by those that built the place. He is into the detailed work and this upsets him to see poor work.
Great place and we will go back if we are in the area again.

This is a brand new hotel and I enjoyed a fabulous stay with my 83 year old mother. I booked the suite on the 6^th floor and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel staff was excellent to work with and the room set up was spectacular. They have a very nice courtyard with rocking chairs that we used several times. The staff was the nicest that I have experienced at a hotel. The hotel is off the main drag in Gatlinburg but close enough to walk to shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
