It was clean, the furnishing were all standard. There is a small pool across the street and the price and location was great. The beds were comfortable, but I probably wouldn’t stay there again, since I am spoiled and like to have a balcony overlooking a river or creek.

We stayed in the condos. Great value for our dollar! Newly remodeled with two bed and bath with full kitchen. Perfect location to walk around Gatlinburg. Only negative was the front office staff’s lack of good customer service. I almost didn’t book the condo based on the lack of cordial phone manners but hoped it would be better in person. Unfortunately it wasn’t. But I still love the condo, the location, and the price!
