Used to go to target (that’s where I had insurance and discount)…had NO idea what a REAL eye doctor place was like! I love «for eyes», my appt was exactly on time, dr Burke is awesome, very kind and patient. I had to hold my littlest one the whole time and he was able to work around him. The office is spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly and professional. I usually spent at least 3 hrs at Target, this was 45min total including purchasing and picking out contacts and glasses. Very impressive!

I have been coming here since I was in 5th grade and I am now in college, though the doctors have changed I have always loved how caring they were! Each of the assistants are very helpful and truly care about your experience with them. They make sure the glasses you pick out are right for your face, and once they come in they make sure they are the correct prescription. If you don’t think it’s the right prescription or you feel like what you see through it is funny they will send them back and make it right. We always see Mary when we are there and she is very helpful! I can’t see myself going anywhere else than here.

Best eye care service ever! I have been a customer for 7 years! My boys play sports and break their glasses often or loose their contacts. They are able to get us in quickly so my kids can see! Matt always helps us out but anyone there is just as caring and quick to help. I highly recommend it!!!

Horrible customer service. Went there Friday January 16th at 4 pm to pick up my new glasses. There was 1 lady working who was annoyed the moment I walked in
. I told her I was here to pick up my glasses. When she gave them to me I noticed they were covered in dust and finger prints, i asked if she could clean them before I put them on and she snagged them out of my hand and grunted. Once she cleaned them I put them on but quickly took them off since it was the wrong prescription
. She told me thats my fault and that’s the best I can get. I asked if they came with a case and she slammed down a brown eyeglass case that was stained and broke !!! She then told me if I don’t like the glasses then maybe I should go to WalMart!!! What a horrible person! Going to wait to speak to the manager and hopefully get them fixed or a full refund.

I have to completely disagree with the last review. Yes the place isn’t the eye boutique that one might like to shop at in a downtown Geneva but the service is fantastic and luckily you aren’t paying for the latest décor of the office. I went there after going to my neigbhorhood eye doctor for a few years. For Eyes is very reasonably priced and will match the competitors prices. The eye doctors at the Geneva For Eyes are great. I am new to wearing contacts and ran into tons of issues because I not familiar with them. I tried several different kinds due to comfort and ease of wear. I must have spent two months trying to figure the perfect brand/​contacts and had issues with the sample contacts ripping or comfort and I was able to get new trials. I work nearby and they were always willing to get me in over my lunch or sooner if necessary. I highly recommend this clinic. It is all about the service — not about the looks of the place!

Store is not well maintained; carpet is dirty, displays seem like they’re falling apart, glass not cleaned. Eye doctor is nice but does not seem passionate about her work and did not listen to my questions. Eye assistant/​desk attendant not very intelligent and seemed confused.
