After receiving my brand new pair of glasses, I notice a tiny scratch on the lens. Not that big of deal, but for the price… Also, there were multiple tiny scratches on the lenses. I took them in and two weeks later I got brand new frames and lenses. But…
The lens had these weird smudges that would not come off. Took them in again. Two weeks later, I come in to get the lenses replaced. So I sit there for 30 min, only to receive them back with the same weird smudges, worse than before.
Another two weeks and I wait 30 min again. This time no smudges, but a scratch. The lab guy said he can order them again. I said no, they did anyway and called me to get them. But I’m not going. This is the best they can do and I’ve already wasted enough time and gas.
Complained on Visionworks site. Still haven’t gotten back to me. And I thought Lens Crafters was bad. Screw this place.

«Sorry, there’s just nothing we can do.» Is a phrase that this company relies on for daily interactions. I’ve realized after being a customer here for 4+ years, that there are OTHER businesses that will go out of their way to help you when you are in a pickle… This company is not one of them.
I think it’s certainly been long enough with this average, unhelpful, money grubbing company. Stay with the small eye care businesses. THAT is where I will be headed.

We went there today to get an eye exam for my sister– she has a visual impairment called retinitis pigmentosa. The doctor was very rude and unacceptably unprofessional. He talked about his friend that had RP and said he had not yet «sent him to the farm». I can not believe that an eye doctor would treat anyone so disrespectfully. Ended up canceling order and will not return.

With prices such as these you wouldnt even want to use your insurance! We went in twice, once for my nephews school exam ($ 19.99 eye glasses) and another for my niece ($ 39.99 eye and contact lens exam). We are happy with the staff and the doctors. I was personally impressed by their selection of frames, great prices too!

The staff is great here. Prices & selection the best– buy one, get one free or 2 for $ 99 are the standard deals. The doctors are really good here; I take my kids & they have a great bedside manner. Great prices & great service– perfect!
