I went in this afternoon to buy some jeans. Unlike other Gap locations I’ve been to, this one has horrible customer service. I walk in as if I’m invisible or stink, cause I don’t even get greeted or asked if I needed help (which I did) but I managed to find the size I needed. And then when I go up to the cash register to get checked out (there was no line) I was rudely ignored by 2 employees who were talking (one had papers in his hand) and didn’t even aknowledge me. I was finally attended 2 mins later. Honestly if it wasn’t because this was my only day off work I would have left the store with nothing.

The customer service here is non existent. The manager is rude. They even lie to their customers. I have never had such a bad experience at a retail store in my entire life.
