This HM is more organized because it’s smaller. And they have less merchandise… if you go to Oakbrook it’s like bedlam.
The store is located in a Lifestyle Mall… so there is plenty of parking and some other good shopping in the same location. The service uhm pretty much sucks, there is always this one girl who works there when I come in (I guess I’m just unlucky) and she always seems put out whenever anyone asks her anything.
The clothing always seems cheap here, cheaply made and cheap fabrics and cheap prices-​so like a Forever 21 I clump it into the disposable clothing pile of stores… I know it’s not going to last and mist likely thrown out.
Poor customer service-​ill made clothing… Avoid if you can or like me go on rare occasions

Redwood City, CA
This is my go to H&M since it’s either this or woodfield. This one tends to be a lot less busy. Good clothes and good prices. Be weary though, it’s a European brand so most clothes run small.
This specific store is nice. Lot’s of parking out front and is a part of a nice strip mall. Store get’s a little messy at times, but there’s always a lot of workers trying to clear everything up. Friendly staff too, haven’t really had any problems. My go to store ever since Aero went out of style

Saint Charles, IL
H&M offers a lot of staples such as leggings and tanks with good quality at reasonable prices. The blazers are both stylish and cut impeccably, and are perfect for day or evening. I don’t find that the styles change all that often– sometimes I see a shirt I bought there months ago, still fully stocked and marked at regular price.
This store is smaller than most (ie Fox Valley, Oakbrook, Woodfield) but it’s very organized with clean fitting rooms and is generally well staffed. Sometimes the lines can get long on weekends. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff being rude but they’re probably not the friendliest bunch. I will say, there are some pretty stylish employees that work there.
Last spring, they finally added a men’s section, but it probably only comprises about ¼ of the store.
I really like H&M and will continue to shop this store frequently.
