I know it get busy at times but when you don’t remember the 10 piece nuggets and give apples instead of yogurt in the happy meal all in one order. It’s a little irritating to have to pull over and go inside to fix the error. reminded again of why we just have so many reasons to stay clear of fast food besides its not even good for us.

The inside of this McDonald’s has a very nice aesthetic to it. Service was quick, faster than most I’ve been to. My only complaint is the parking lot is confusing and the drive thru was confusing as well.
Like I said, just like any other McDonald’s.

Don’t bother… Go to the Smith Road and Route 64 location in St. Charles instead. This McDonald’s has its host of issues, two ladies that work drive thru orders are rude and interrupt you while ordering (this has happened several times), slow service (today I was the only car in drive thru to start, not sure what happened but the line got 8 cars deep and I ended up waiting ten mins instead of the suggested 90 secs or less. Mauricio was very friendly today, in the drive thru, he is a lone bright spot. Recommend corporate come in and do an audit and some massive coaching to the employees and management of this location.

The fastest McDonalds I’ve ever seen. I frequent in the morning for an Egg McMuffin and a coffee and it’s ready faster than I can pay. They hand it off to me smoothly like a quarterback to their running back. I have never waited and they’re always accurate. Keep it up people!

This McDs is like all others as far as service/​food etc. however they are open 24 hrs which is a +1, but have a really jacked up drive thru that essentially is a cul de sac. which is just stupid, –1.

One of the nicer McDonald’s to eat inside of. The interior seems fancier than that of most McDonald’s — more oriented toward adults than kids. I was successfully able to use the AT&T wi-​fi here on the one occasion I tried it. My order has always been correct, both when ordering inside or at the drive-​thru. Service has been as fast as it should be.
