When visiting a far away town, who doesn’t like to look at the real estate selection and prices? When in Genoa, the Gillmor-​Coons office is right there at the far corner of Main Street and Genoa Lane. All you have to do is mosey on over from the Genoa Bar or other nearby parts of Nevada’s First Settlement.
There’s generally 3 types of property available in these parts — homes or businesses in Genoa proper, houses in the nearby «golf course» communities, and nearby ranch properties. Gayle and I will probably retire to Genoa as there’s family property here. Hence, we take particular interest on what’s going with real estate here. Genoa is a very special place and we’ll soon be hear fighting to keep it that way.
