Incredibly content and happy about this place. It’s great quality for a better value. It was fast, too. I don’t have any complaints and will definitely come back next time. I really appreciated that they told me the reasons behind the fixes, and how to prevent it from now on. Definitely recommend. Customer service is ¹⁰⁄₁₀.

My wife dropped her iPhone and the home button stopped responding to inputs. We knew that a trip to the Apple Store would take hours and looked for alternatives and found A1. References were excellent, so she called and stopped by on her way to Austin. She was met on the street and the phone was fixed in a jiffy and the very nice gentleman said ‘no charge.’ She insisted that he accept a $ 20 or something and the phone has worked fine since. It doesn’t get much better than that.

From the first phone call, to the goodbye when I had my phone back in my hand — the customer service was FANTASTIC. Extremely nice man, and he is full of helpful information about the parts on your phone, and what to watch for in the future. Although there are few reviews on this place, and it is house based, it is very much worth it.

Excellent, fast and personable customer service. I work in the tech industry and can therefore discern people who truly understand what they do and enjoy it versus people who «talk over» their customers and are only in it for a paycheck. A-1 takes pride in what they do and it shows in their work and post-repair testing with you. They are happy to answer any questions you might have on the spot or even a follow up question an hour later.
