Matthew installed a brand new AC unit into a house that we bought. Upon arriving to our newly purchased house there was mold on the walls and water all over the floor.(Not there when we looked at the house) after 1 plumber and 3 different AC companies, the ac was installed incorrectly which led to the flooding of our house. We have been staying in a hotel for a week now because the other companies kept telling us to call him back and have him fix it. When we do finally get in touch with him he says«it’s not my fault» and that he would come by Monday. Monday comes and they call us and say they will not be able to make it out here and it would be best to have some one else do it. Well now it’s monday, the 7th day we have had to stay in a hotel becauae it’s over 100 degrees in our house and he just now calls to inform us they won’t be coming out. Now leaving us stuck for another 2 – 3 days while we try to find another company to come out. Regardless of his rudeness, we’re out the money for the hotel, and a deductible in insurance because they had to remove all the flooring and sheet rock that was damaged by water then doesn’t even have the courtesy to come out and look at the house. I’m infuriated and pretty confident this will not be the last time they hear from my family. What he did was beyond wrong. I’m almost speechless if I wasn’t so angry and upset.

I used this company for my annual AC maintenance. The owner of the company is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not be using them for next year’s annual maintenance.

There is nothing worse than your AC not working in the Texas heat. My family and I have used All Purpose for years. Great customer service, fast, with an honest price … you don’t find that very often anymore. I def recommend them to everyone.

We called on Tuesday morning at 8a for a service call. We asked to have the service tech call when they were an hour out so we could meet them at the house. this never happened. At 3:15p, my husband made a follow up call to find that they were an hour out. I headed home and he arrived at 5:20. He billed us from 4:15, claiming travel time. In what world does it take over an hour to get from Georgetown to Leander? Funny too, that my husband was also coming from Georgetown and it took him 20 minutes. He assessed that our coils needed to be cleaned and could come back on Thursday. He advised it would take about 4 hours and quoted a fee. We set it up. Today arrives and he was here 2 hours, 30 minutes of which were spent in his truck. He presented the full bill. I questioned the full charge for half the time and was told«it’s a standard cost to clean the coil». Whether that is true or not, when you advise your fee is for 4 hours and you complete the task in less than 2, I should not be presented with a bill for the full quote. Right? When I called BS on him, he stuttered and took off $ 100 thinking he was doing us a grand favor. So frustrated, unsatisfied and I feel like I was severely taken advantage of on two occasions. And, the topper? This was a recommendation from a coworker, who told us how great this guy was! He gets one star … he fixed the problem.
