I have used Alpha Omega Appliance repair for several years. They are always very thorough, honest and dependable. I highly recommend them for any major appliance repair.
My repairman is always on time and the prices for parts and labor are never inflated.

I have been using Alpha Omega Appliance Service as a personal client since years, but since I became a Realtor 10 years ago I also refer them to Clients. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve come out and repaired fridges, dishwashers, microwaves and washing machines. My clients are always super happy, and they are my go to Appliance repair people. The technicians are always courteous, professional, and on time. They quote the repair price at the initial appointment, so if I have to get a clients approval we know right then. They’ve always been spot on with their estimates.

Criminals! Paid $ 60 for a service call on a washing machine and got absolutely ZERO for it. Completely incompetent and inept service technician who couldn’t troubleshoot his way out of a wet paper bag. He totally missed the mark on what was wrong with my machine. Washer would not spin. He stayed around for 20 minutes, told my wife that the machine needed lid locks (which work fine). I found out that the clutch was bad on my own. Called to get a resolution or refund and got neither. They hung up on me when they realized they were in the wrong and had no defense for taking my money. BE WARNED! This business is not BBB accredited. I can see why, now.
