Was looking for a first laptop for our 10 year old granddaughter, mainly to go online to play games, etc. Found these guys on line. The price was right so we took a chance. When the unit arrived, it looked a little beat up, but not bad. When we tried to use it there were some many «pop-​up» programs that it was impossible to do anything but continually close the popup windows. We returned the unit no problem, but K-​tek only refunded a small portion of the purchase price stating there was a re-​stocking fee. Also they denied there was any problems with the computer and that we must have added programs to it. Based on our experience I’d steer clear of these guys. I guess you get what you pay for.
