Our on-​demand hot water heater went out all of a sudden. Guess when? Friday evening. Steven came out on Saturday while running errands and spent a good long time going over options. If you’ve ever bought a new on-​demand water heater, you will know that the prices quoted to me by the several plumbers I talked to just about made my eyes pop out of my head. But Steve’s price was fair and the timing and service were excellent. Installation went off without a hitch, and it’s working well so far!

These guys are a great, small family business. I had an issue with my water heater late Sunday night and Steve was on the phone with me walking me through how to drain it so it didn’t ruin my house. The best morning his brother Joe and nephew were at my house installing anew water heater. The service was great and the price was competitive. Id use there guys again without question.
