if you are going to provide tuxedo rentals than you should make time for the men that come in for a rental!!! Measurements take all of 5 minutes, ordering can be done in 5 minutes, why should they have a INDIVIDUAL appointment for this service!!! we called 2 different times, came by once and were turned away NEVER were we offered a appointment to come back, we ourselves called in for a appointment THEN,…the Order WAS LATE, SIZING WAS WRONG, and there was NO time to correct!!! THANKS FOR THE ADDED STRESS!!!

Kenzie was awesome! It was my first time to try on dresses and I didn’t know what to expect, but Kenzie was very welcoming and down to earth. (Even her casual outfit made more at ease!) I work in retail and I try to be warm and inviting all day, so when I receive that in return, I REALLY appreciate it! Kenzie was very helpful to ask what I was looking for, but not pushy at all.
Also, I’m in my mid-30’s and self-​conscious about my age. She could have said, Is this your 2^nd marriage? (It’s my 1^st time), or, How many kids do you have? (I have none.) In other words, those kinds of assumptions could have ruined my time and made me want to leave, but she was perfect in how she took care of me (and 3 people I brought with me.)
Finally, my friend pointed out that the selection was good, but not overwhelming like David’s bridal can be.
I highly recommend visiting this place! Definitely worth the drive!

We loved Cloud 9. Kenzie couldn’t have been more helpful and patient, willing to look up anything we needed, and stayed late to make sure we saw everything we were interested in. Kenzie worked really hard to accommodate us considering we were ordering two months before the wedding. We highly recommend Kenzie and Cloud 9.

Cloud 9 Bridal was amazing. Shari and her staff are personable, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I had originally come in for a Maggie Sottero trunk show, and while there were many beautiful gowns in-​store, I fell in love with an Essense of Australia dress that wasn’t available at the store. Even though I had only seen the dress in a picture, Shari was able to show me the types of fabrics and lace that I could expect from an Essence dress and she even helped me to try on similar shaped dresses, to understand the fit. So, she measured me right up, ordered the dress and let me know it would be about 6 months before the dress would come in. Towards the end of the 6 months, I started getting a little worried (as brides unfortunately sometimes do…) but when I emailed Shari she was very reassuring and kept me informed of my dress’s whereabouts until arrival today! I had never been able to see the dress before and it is positively gorgeous. I couldn’t be happier with the product and it was exactly as Shari had described to me, as she had seen it at a bridal show. Shari and her staff really know their stuff. I definitely would recommend Cloud 9 Bridal to a friend.

As a bride, I had a wonderful shopping experience at Cloud 9 Bridal. After visiting a couple of other bridal shops, I knew I needed to find a place that is way less chaotic. Shari was great and went above and beyond to make everything perfect for me. I found the perfect dress, veil, hair piece, and earrings all at Cloud 9! I would suggest any future brides to check out Cloud 9 Bridal.

Shari is amazing, patient, and believes in customer service for her brides. Her shop was clean, bright, magical, and elegant all at the same time. She provided attentive service to me and there was another bride in the shop as well with her bridesmaid. We both had a good time.
They sell Allure gowns, offer a military discount, and have amazing packages!
I purchase off of customer service. She only requires 50% down and allows you to make payments until the dress arrives. She steams it when it comes and will do store it prior to the wedding and steam it again for you at time of pickup.
She was able to answer all of my questions, measured me, wrote down all pertinent information, and I didn’t even order same day. She had faith in the fact that I would not find better! I finished my search yesterday and when she opens tomorrow I will officially place my order.

Shari is awesome! Had a great time trying on dresses and found THE dress. High quality gowns, competitive prices, and great customer service. It was nice having such a personal experience. I loved the fact that there are so many payment options and the free bridal portraits with the purchase of my gown were a plus, too. I can’t wait until it comes in! I love supporting local businesses and I would definitely recommend Cloud 9 Bridal to everyone.

Cloud 9 is wonderful. We had a great experience shopping for wedding dresses there. Shari has a beautiful selection, the prices are reasonable, and she’s fun to work with. We look forward to getting bridesmaids dresses there later on this year!
