Wingstop

Reviews make sense. This place sucks enormously. I watched my order be made and be put down with no one calling any names or anything. I sat there for way longer than I should have simply because of that. Wasn’t even a busy day.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews for restaurants. There are several other Wingstop locations that are better than this one. The service and the food could be much better. I asked for a very little seasoning on my fries, and there was so much salt on them I could barely eat them. Also, some of the wings did not taste fresh. I can’t describe the taste, but it was not good. The people are nice, but they need to work on the food. And when someone asks for something, they need to listen. Will not be going back to this location.

We like the wings and fries, but DO NOT pay extra for cheese fries. You get a styrofoam cup of disgusting cheese whiz stuff. They also always take longer to make your order than it says on line.

Another disappointing visit. They are never on time for to go orders. On my last order they forgot 4 wings. The cashier and store team overall have very little customer service skills.

Horrible. We ordered a family order for the Super Bowl and our wings came to us as if they had been made the day before. They also had a bad odor. Never ordering from here again.

I failed myself. I didnt look up the star rating before ordering online. My own fault! We put in our order for pickup — It wouldn’t go through. ok… cool.
I called. She read back the order to me. Great!
I arrived. She read back the order to me. Cool and efficient I thought. I thought wrong.
It was all wrong. Ordered 3 kinds of sauces and got only 2. This was my last cheat meal before getting back on track after the holidays a few weeks ago. And AFTER I did the master cleanse. It was not worth the calorie count. THe wings didnt taste right. The boneless were crunchy and good but the fries tasted like pure sugar — the traditional bone-​in wings were just subpar.

This Wing Stop is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. The service is terrible and they messed up my order. I ordered a large fry and instead received a small fry. The order of fries had a bug fried along with it, which completely ruined my meal. Definitely avoid this location and take your business elsewhere.

This wingstop is honestly the worst one I’ve ever been to. The chicken was undercooked. The fries were stale and cold. They don’t close until 11, but when I call to make an order around 1040 they ‘need to check if they’re still taking orders’. If you can’t take my order 20 minutes before close, then you should be closed earlier. Terrible.

Horrible service. I had to kill 15 minutes while a job was being completed at a store almost next door, so came in and ordered french fries and a soft drink. Twenty minutes later I am still waiting on my fries and an order comes out that had wings and a large order of fries on them. No other order was imminent, so I walked out in disgust. Will never visit them again.

Look, I am aware that wings are probably the single most in-​demand food on Superbowl Sunday. I am also aware that I ordered 75 of them. My issue is that I called in my order on Friday afternoon for pickup at 4:15 pm on Sunday, and it should have been ready in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the obvious triple the norm number of crew members working, they took 35 minutes to get the order ready, causing me to miss the beginning of the game. I do not recommend using them for large orders, they just can’t handle it.

I’ve been to Wing Stops before, here and in Las Cruces NM, and I always come out of there with the same feeling – somehow, there was a disappointment, but I can’t seem to put my finger on it. The sauces are pretty good. I tried the mango chipotle today, and it was great – spicy/​sweet the way I like it. The Hawaiian was my other selection, and that delivered on the tanginess. But why did I leave there feeling somewhat let down? Here are a few possibilities:
1) OK, first off, their dining room sucks. It’s like they’re trying to encourage you to get their wings to go. The main dining area is a narrow hallway with a bunch of two-​tops thrown in as almost an afterthought. Not much to look at aesthetically, except for some of their promo graphics.
2) The boneless wings themselves are small. I really didn’t feel like I got my nine bucks’ worth. Mickey D’s Chicken McNuggets seem bigger than these.
3) Their fries are truly meh. Soggy, gray, and over-​seasoned; they did nothing to enhance the meal.
I really want to like this place. I love wings, and love the variety of sauces. But every time I enter, I leave Wing Stop somehow unfulfilled. I’ll be back, of course. Today’s experience was a solid three, but the staff was so nice and courteous, I bumped it up a star. Happy New Year, Wing Stop!

I came here for my first time with my sons, ready to try something new after checking out the menu online. I observed the pictures and read about the food and considered what i ordered… i did expect edible good food .
i was wrongly disappointed… we did NOT get chicken to go with the highly over-​seasoned batter… we got what looked like two handfuls of fried hard pieces
…i could hardly believe what i witnessed, we took it to go because we had to be somewhere… so here iam on here… i dont want another to feel what we did driving away from this experience.
