First, let me say this was only the 2nd time I’ve been to this location. Since they dont offer many of the specials(99 cents Tuesday, for instance) we just get our Popeyes in Round Rock like we always have. The manager on duty that day was extremely rude. He basically accused my husband and me of lying about an online special. We had to step to the side and pull up the coupon. The cashier that was helping us was super nice and told us don’t worry about it. The manager came back over and scrutinized the order and the receipt. He was visibly unhappy that we were getting the discount as it was stated online. The chicken was as good as any other location, but the service was so bad. I’ll never go back.

Very disappointed. The chicken was overdone, and dry. The only thing good was the biscuit. I can’t believe they would serve such dry chicken. I was tempted to take it back, but had gone through the drive-through and it wasn’t worth the trouble. Make sure you look at your chicken before you drive off. I can’t believe they would serve such low quality food. I won’t be going back. Huge waste of money.

The chicken is ok but i go to popeyes for the biscuits. Chicken was good, biscuits TERRIBLE… cold, non buttered and STALE. workers and manager Maria… Unless Maria is also the order taker, are almost impossible to understand and have to pause often to think of the English word for whatever they are describing. Please at least hire workers fluent jn ENGLISH. She also told me that the food should have been hot and fresh because they were busy. Food should be hot and fresh ALWAYS. VERY disappointed.

Everything was good. Except the red beans and rice. It tasted like it has fish juice in it? Service was awesome and very clean.

According to another Unilocaler, the large advertisements on the window ruined the atmosphere. For me, I don’t eat fast food restaurants for the«atmosphere» but for the convenience of a quick meal. We had no issues with our experience at this location last night and our entire order was correct. We ordered 2 large family meals from the counter, mac-n-cheese and green beans. The green beans were a little mushy and overly salty but nothing too bad. I don’t like green beans that much and I helped myself to a few scoops, it was still yummy. The chicken was warm and juicy, the restaurant was clean and the employees were very friendly. We will definitely be back, my boyfriend loves chicken! Just wish they had a salad option, most chicken places don’t

My family loves Popeyes! Glad to get one in the area! I’ve been here a few times including the first moment the opened the doors for business. I watched this staff join hands in a circle of prayer in the lobby belter opening the doors. Thought that was pretty cool! I’ve always gotten good service and fresh food. Thanks!

This is my third visit to this location, drive thru each time. Three visits, three wrong orders. Stay away from the shrimp and fish… Mushy. It’s ashamed cause I like their chicken. I’m just tired of wrong orders.

The food is as good as any other Popeyes, but recently they put up 2foot signs along the bottom of all the windows. Blocking any view, and really detracting from the enjoyable atmosphere. It’s so enclosing & claustrophobic that I don’t want to eat here any more
