VERY poorly run Chick-​fil-​a. Normally these places are run like a well oiled machine, this location is a joke. One person at a register inside during peak hours, drive-​thru a mile long with no one taking orders outside, just one of the worst locations I’ve ever visited. I left and went across the street to another chicken place. Never go back.

Usually busy which would be a indicator of good food in this case no different then other locations but service is horrendous. Past 3 out of 5 drive thru experiences orders have been missing atleast 1 – 3 items. We have a large family but having to pull over & go they everything just to ensure we received what we paid for is ridiculous. Never had this issue w/​Austin round rock locations so maybe a fixable management issue?

Darn, these people make good chicken! Friendly staff, delicious chicken in any form, clean and comfortable fast food joint. Always busy for a good reason.

So great every time i go, drive thru goes fast most of the time when its really busy, the people are always nice.

Consistently good food and consistently great service. I love the original chicken offerings, but thought I’d try some healthier fare and tried the chicken salad and a fruit cup. Delicious! I love the family atmosphere, and the place is always clean. The drive-​through is almost always busy, but it moves rapidly and the wait isn’t bad. Two thumbs up!

This visit was to use a gift card, however I will be making this a lunch spot for my volunteer days. The food is good. Good Fried and grilled chicken and salads.

I go to a lot of Chick fil A’s because I absolutely love the food and the great service is a given! But I hold a higher standard for all Chick Fil A’s since the one that I call my home never misses a beat no matter how busy. But at this particular experience I had to hang my head when I looked in the bag after pulling out of the drive thru… And there was no sauce.

Not sure why, but the level of service at this location has dramatically decreased over the last six months. Seems like employees have all been replaced (with the exception of a few cranky older folks who have obviously worked here too long) with teenagers who just don’t seem to care about good customer service. I’ve definitely cut back on visits to this location because of the less than typical CFA service…

I love this location. Everyone is great, good service, etc. But the other day (Wednesday) we went by this locale and the cashier must have had a day b/​c she didnt’ greet us but just stared at us waiting for us to order. Who knows what happened to her that day but she was having none of it.
Never uttered a word until she gave us the total. Um. ok. Have a great day? «pleasure»
ok. pretty sure it’s «my pleasure» but I’ll take what I can get from this one.
Sandwich was perfect so I’ll take great food w/​crappy service over crappy food with good service any day.

Very helpful and always has the best customer service. They are also very supportive of Veterans and thier families. I would highly recommend them for lunch or that late night dinner after your kids sports practice.

Chik-​fil-​A offers consistently good fried chicken and a variety of other menu items along with good customer service that seldom falls short, but occasionally, as with any high volume restaurant, there are lapses in food quality and customer servicr involving an incorrect or a forgotten item in a drive-​thru order that is always remedied when brought to their attention.
Rude employees or nsk-​treatment of customers just never happens because it’s not accepted I assume, which is how it’s supposed to be. «My pleasure» is their send-​off and how they answer any customer request, and I think that they are truly sincere everytime.
This location like most utilizes employees in the drive-​thru queue to facilitate the usual long line by taking orders ahead of time to speed up service and it works.
This location could use a renovation to freshen up and to restore the interior and exterior that is showing the normal wear and tear from a decade of high volume traffic and sales, so hopefully they invest back into the property the necessary invest to ensure another decade of providing good food and service to Georgetown.

Chick fil a is my go-​to fast food place! This location is good not great. I miss our old chick fil a where the staff was super friendly and would have tons of events for families. I am not sure if this place has father/​mother and daughter/​daddy date nights because they don’t seem to advertise it. Their food is great though and they serve you in a timely manner.

Delicious always! They are busy nearly all the time so be prepared to wait occasionally.

Very clean facility, fresh tasting food, and the workers have always been cheerful. It gets crowded a lot, so either plan in advance to be there for a while or order it for pickup/​use the online order app!

Conveniently located near the intersection of IH35 and HWY 29 in the Wolf Ranch Shopping Center this Chick-​Fil-​A truly stands out from the rest. I have been going to this location for years and though they may not always be perfect their strive and attention to customer satisfaction is always spot on. The establishment, despite being heavily visited, is kept clean and staff are always busy either handing out orders, picking up trays, wiping down tables or doing something to help customers. The drive-​thru due to the physical space of the lot is not very big and the line can get quite backed up during lunch time; parking can also be a bit tight. The staff does their best to send out employees to take orders by hand to help speed up the line. Overall just a solid place to eat more chiken.

I’ve never had anything less than a positive experience at this chickfila. The workers are always above and beyond helpful and polite, and the food is very good (for a chain). Love the grilled chicken salads — and they let you personalize it how you want it! Love what this company stands for.

My family doesn’t eat much fast food but Chick-​Fil-​A in Georgetown in one of the top 3 places we eat fast food. You will find the friendliest staff here. When the drive through is really busy, you’ll be greeted personally by the staff outside who takes your order to speed up the process. Later you pick up condiments from another friendly person. You will find the best fried chicken as well. Even though Popeye’s and Cane’s moved in across the street, Chick-​Fil-​A is still our favorite.

I love this Chickfila. They are friendly and the food is really good. I love the waffle fries.

Very good Chicken Deluxe Sandwich. My lovely companion had a salad which she liked. Crowded, but fast service and friendly service.
