Best subs in Texas. I’ve lived all over and this is the closest Texas gets to making quality sandwiches. Quality anything for that matter. Makes me miss living up north where they make real grinders. Wish I would have found this place sooner!

My sons fav sandwich and he loves the hat. I enjoy various subs there. My favorite is the pork n slaw special. Fresh, fast, hearty, tasty.

It is pretty pricy and doesn’t have many vegetarian options. Also, I strongly dislike that you are unable to see them make your sub, several times I had items missing. I will NEVER return. I am very dissatisfied with my sub. It’s soggy and not what I ordered.

Best subs I’ve had. I frequent subway, but Firehouse is hands down the best in my opinion. A few mix ups with getting the order wrong over the past several years but fixed on the spot.

AVOID! I expect very little when I eat fast food: 1. Fast service 2. Decent Quality 3. A correct order Since you have failed to achieve, even in the most modest task that was in your charge, I will never eat here again.

I’m not sure how Subway stays in business with the new crop of sub stores opening, like Firehouse. This is infinitely better than Subway. IMO, there’s only so much a sandwich can be, so set your expectations accordingly, but I had a freaking delicious brisket sub from these guys! Super tender, thin brisket, loaded in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, on a toasted whole wheat sub roll. It was way better than I was expecting, and you get a bonus free pickle with sammiches. Take that, Subway. Orders seem to take a few minutes to come out, but not an unreasonable amount of time. Lots of sauces available to try, plus the normal selection of chips, and one of those fancy Coke machines that has 10,000 flavors of soda you can concoct. Peach Mellow Yellow Zero? Absolutely! Prices tight on par with any other sub shop. I don’t often get a taste for a sub, but when I do, I’ll be back!

It’s a sub shop, folks. Don’t set your expectations up for a «real» restaurant. The food is great. The staff is very friendly. Reasonable prices. Clean location. They do a lot to support the community, too. Win-win.

I don’t know everyone else’s experience but mine was nothing less than awesome. Very quick service, clean and sanitary restrooms and kitchen, and most of all delectable and hearty food. It’s cheaper than Jimmy Johns and Subway both, bigger subs and better food, quality. I highly recommend! This location is great!

These are the best subs in town. It’s so much better than Subway! My favorite is the Hook and Ladder. My husband likes the huge selection of hot sauces. And they have a cool, new drink machine.

Went here once and will not go back. When I drove up some kids were playing football out side the back entrance to the shopping center. Went into Firehouse placed my order, and then the cashier washed and started making my food, but another couple came in after we got our food, and when I looked up it was the group of guys that were outside. So ok teenagers will be teenagers… but when the couple got their food, it had mayo on his sandwich and he asked the employees to make it the way he ordered it, no mayo plus mustard. They took it to the back and scrapped off the mayo and put mustard on it and returned it back to the gentleman, I looked over and couldn’t believe that they did that and the reason why everyone knew it was the same sandiwch because he took a bite out of it before he noticed it had mayo and the same bite was missing when it was returned. He asked for his money back so they could go to another place and the lady told him that no manager was on duty to approve that and she could give him a coupon to come back to get a free sandwich. I was blown away from what we just heard, so the couple, my husband, and I all left. I know it wasn’t me who had the experience but wow really!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!

Another good place to eat in Georgetown. So far its been consistent, good food. The #8 is great, the Italian, the meatball. It’s a sub shop, but it’s better than subway and quiznos in my opinion.

My fiancé and I went to Firehouse about 45 minutes before closing on a weeknight. The white chicken salad sandwich was extremely salty(and this is coming from someone who loves salt). The grilled cheese had far too much«butter» in it. I use the term loosely because we saw them pour about a gallon of Parkay on the bread. Parkay? Are you kidding me? Didn’t they outlaw consumption of Parkay back in the early 90’s due to its nuclear properties? Also, they were out of sweat tea! All in all, the place was clean and we’ll probably give it another shot. Seems like a basic sub shop.

It’s better than Subway! While the concept is cool there really isn’t much about this joint that makes it special. It’s your basic chain sandwich joint. I ate here for lunch yesterday and couldn’t think of a legitimate reason to come back except for the fact that I might be a little hungry for a sandwich. They were quick in getting out my order but I wasn’t able to try their special sauces. So, with the 3 star rating I can only say it was ok.
