I normally really like Pizza Hut when I want quick good pizza. The last few times I’ve ordered my pizza has come out incorrect. I keep ordering extra sauce and receive no sauce on my pizza. I have been very disappointed with the pizza recently. I recommend going to a Pizza Hut owned by a different franchisee. Hopefully someone else would care enough to not mess up an order multiple times.

I ordered a personal pan pizza for a quick lunch. They made it to order and it tasted great! I know this particular location has had issues in the past. Sometimes good, sometimes not. My last three times, this time along with the last two deliveries were great. The pizzas were made correctly, quick delivery. We had no complaints. Keep up the good work. Just maybe moving in the right direction. EP

Wow. Just wow. My son and I went here tonight food supper and we will never go back. First, it apparently takes 5 people to stand behind the counter and do nothing. After finally getting seated we waited and waited to get a menu. Then we waited and waited for the girl to come back to take the order. I ordered bread sticks and a pizza. About 10 minutes after I got the pizza my bread sticks came out. Not really sure when restaurants started sending appetizers after the main course.

Don’t let Katrina take your order over the phone. Chances are, it won’t be put in the system and when you come to pick it up it won’t be ready cuz, shocker, no on knew you had an order except Katrina. She even admitted to remembering taking our order. Her co-worker said«maybe she hit cancel instead of send.» Well that’s kind of a big mistake to make in the food service. If you’re going to be taking orders over the phone, be sure you know where the send and cancel buttons are and what they look like. Otherwise, stick to making the food not working the phone or computer.

I have boycotted this pizza hut for years now. I waited to place an order for at least 15 minutes. Lots of employees around but no one came take my order. I figured hey, you don’t want my business, I’ll take it elsewhere. Looked up Unilocal because i am going out to dinner with my son. Know now where not to go. Some employee training might be in order.

I have never seen a business with multiple reviews and still only 1 star. With all the pizza and other restaurant competition around this area, you think they’d be a little bit better. But sadly they’re not, I highly recommend you stay away, this Pizza Hut is awful. We moved to georgetown last month and ordered Pizza Hut our first night. We ordered multiple pizzas for delivery, all had the wrong crust and sauce. We let it go hoping it was a fluke. We decided this go around we would pick up instead of deliver, to make sure everything was correct. We got there 10 minutes after it said our pizza was ready and our BBQ wings, dessert, and sauces were all missing from the box. Come to find out they had not even made them. Ok. Frustrating, but ok, we were willing to wait the 15 minutes while they baked them, even though all we got for our trouble was a sorry. We gave them back our pizza and pasta to keep warm while we waited. After it was brought out we grabbed everything and left. We got home and were missing the sauces we specifically asked for twice and were given spicy wings instead of BBQ. I have an allergy and made sure when we got there that they had BBQ wings down. They did and yet I arrived home and couldn’t eat the wings I paid $ 8 for. The breadsticks, pizza, and pasta were all overcooked and cold. I ate a few bites of pasta and had maybe 2 slices of pizza. Never again will we be back.

Where is my PIZZA! it’s been nearly forever since we ordered… Called the restaurant and it seemed as no one cared! OMG! They cared about taking the money out of our account but wow!!! It will be a cold day in hell before we order from these guys again!

Ordered delivery pizza the other night. It was supposed to be 25 minutes… That came & went, and it was 53 more minutes before we received our pizza. In all we waited 1hr &18 minutes for a single pizza to be delivered 4 blocks away. On top of that, they charged us for 3 extra toppings they forgot to put on. This location is always forgetting the toppings.

I order from this location regularly only because it’s the closest one. However, by & large I’m very disappointed by the service. 1) The order is always wrong in some way. I have gotten in the habit of checking my meal before taking it to ensure they don’t charge me for the toppings they(regularly) forget. — This should be a non-issue, as orders placed online are exactly specific, and there’s no room for error as in calling. 2) My last visit had me waiting to pay long after my meal was ready. Despite having 3 computers, apparently they can only process orders at one of them. Which, was tied up by phone orders; that for whatever reason can only be input at that singular terminal. All around: the staff ignored me, the pizza was ready but I couldn’t pay for ½ an hour, and they missed several toppings.

I came to dine in. Not lot of people inside but are busy on taking orders on phone. I sat for 20mins waiting for someone to notice me and still no one come to serve me. I finally got up and told female employees. She asked what my name on order and I says I didn’t order and I was sitting down for 15 – 20 mins. Also told her if I did order I be standing over here this area and she respond people like to sit down sometime. Okay regardless what other people do… but 20 mins??? If I was employee… I see someone with no food or anything… I still come up and ask if everything okay or need help. Horrible service. I left and ate somewhere else.

We went to eat in at this Pizza Hut location before our son’s baseball game. No one took our order even after we went to the counter and told them we were ready(there were only 2 other couples there so they weren’t busy). We finally had to leave for the game after 25 minutes of waiting, we won’t be back.

I’m one to give everyone the benefit of the doubt/second chance before giving a review. Unfortunately, the Pizza Hut is by far, the worst. I have been here several times with my family and several times, I have been disappointed. They are always very unprofessional. Wait times are horrible. What prompted me to write this review is last nights experience. Out of all the places I could have eaten, Pizza Hut sounded like a good place to sit down and chow down some pizza. Bad choice. We, 3 of us, were THEONLY ones in the restaurant. We were handed menus and told to sit where we wanted. Ordered drinks and they came promptly. Now for the fun part… Order: 1 order of breadsticks 1 Medium Half Meat Lovers-Half BBQ Chicken Medium Cheese Pizza. They took the order and went to the kitchen. 5 minutes later they came back out. «Sorry, we cannot make a half and half of the specialty pizza»… OK, so lets now make it 1 order of breadsticks 1 Personal pan Meat lovers 1 Personal pan BBQ Chicken 1 Personal pan Cheese Now we can have our own pizzas. Took the order and went to the kitchen. Few minutes later they came back out, «Sorry, we can’t make personal pan pizzas at this time». 3rd times a charm right, lets RECHANGETHEORDERAGAIN 1 order of breadsticks 1 Medium BBQ Chicken 1 Medium HALF Cheese, HALF Meat lovers. We were told we’d be given a discount on the half/half…Whatever, I just want my Pizza Pizza comes out, still waiting on a refill of my drink that has been gone. You’ve came to my table a few times already telling me you can’t do this or can’t make that. Wait, where are my breadsticks. Oh yea, they forgot to make them. We finished eating and were ready to leave and the breadsticks still were not out. We were also given a CHECK before the breadsticks came out… Seriously? Will I go back? No. Sorry Pizza Hut, but you have lost me as a paying customer. You need to seriously re-train your employees and probably managers too. (Also, when I come in or leave, acknowledge me as a customer, not someone that, god forbid, make you have to work… at work)

Great variety of pizzas on the buffet, however customer service was very poor. We seated ourselves, began eating the buffet, and waited for a long time before our drink orders were taken. They did not come back over for quite a while to ask if we needed anything or to refill our drinks. I was breast feeding my newborn with a cover over me which I found to be normal, but it seemed like once I started doing so nobody came to our table. The manager eventually came and helped our table which seemed odd since the staff were mostly standing around in the back. The food was great and we were told by the manager when we were paying that I could breast feed anytime at her location.

After my last visit, I will never eat here again. My companion and I decided to stop in for lunch. We walk into the dining room(completely empty) and see they had a buffet. The buffet looked full and had several pizzas and pizza rolls to choose from. We seat ourselves and wait for a server. Once our server arrives, we express interest in eating the buffet, and were told«oh, it’s through right now». I look over and the buffet is still full of food, and it is about 15 min til 2pm. Uhm… ok. We decided to order a couple of P’zones. We wait what feels like an extremely long time. Finally our food comes out, one plate is dirty, no napkins, no silverware, no straws. I attempt to eat my P’zone and it is lukewarm, not hot, and I found several chunks of fat in my P’zone. We had to ask for the marinara sauce that was supposed to be served with our food, and it too was lukewarm. We ended up taking most of the food home. I think my dogs would like it more than I did. I would have said something to someone… if anyone had been on the floor and NOT on their phones or ipods. I saw no less than 3 different employees texting or playing with their phones. With service this slow/bad, and food preparation/quality this poor, it is no surprise that the restaurant is completely empty.(neighboring restaurants were busy)

We just received a delivered pizza from here and it was the worst I have ever tasted!!! It was burnt the cheese in the middle was cold and I found what appeared to bed pubic hair in the box. When I called and spoke to the manager and asked for a refund he told me he could only give me a credit… I have NO plans of ever going back there… Did I mention this was our first time to order or eat there. All I wanted was my debit card credited back for the pizza and again was told my only option was the in store credit. Which again is completely unacceptable!!! Take my warning… Do not eat or order from here unless you want to chance pubic hair in your box and horrible half cooked pizza!!! Now I just hope I don’t get sick from my one large bite I took or there will be a whole new issue that will have to be brought to their attention.
