I used to recommend this place for children’s mani/​pedis. Went there for 6 months, until I took my daughter who was ignored soaking for an hour while I got my nails done. I said something several times and assured someone would get to her. Every customer that came after us was waited on before her. I was furious. I stopped going there and went to another local place. Realized they were doing my nails wrong and poorly. Also realized I was being overcharged. Lesson learned.

Zero. The first time I went to Gpro nails, my nails we’re a disaster, some were round, some were square shaped with bumps on all of them. I went back same day, another tech fixed for me. When I went to get them filled, I had another tech, it was a guy. He cut me twice with a Tool. I won’t recommend this place to no one.

They are very welcoming and communication with fairly clear English. The first time I visited I wanted a mani pedi and 8 was very pleased. The second time I got the new guy and my boyfriend asked if I did them myself.
The third time they were crazy busy and my gel set lifted the next day and my shilac toenail polish chipped. I’m a firm believer in kindness and respect in almost every situation –my second trip to ask for repair, they’ve asked me to come back again.

Worst place. They care little to what you ask for and do what they want. Too fast pace while doing your nails and not focusing on making you happy. My gel nails were done half a$$ and looked thick, uneven and dull. Two different employees did my nails. Both were extremely rough. Heaven forbid you ask them to change or reshape, it’s always your fault or you’re not looking at it right. I will never go back. Arrogant and careless work.

Not even worth one star!!! The owner is super pushy!!! Thinks she knows it all! And they charge you whatever they want that day!!! And if u confront them about it she will fight with u about it!!! My nail design looks like crap!!! But yet she says she can do anything! They are not very clean by tdlr u are not to use the same file on people always use a new one witch they do not do. Will never be back my nails are uneven and polish is already coming off!!! Remind u I just got them done 3 days ago. I’m spending my hard earn money in your nail shop you guys are a dime a dozen and in every shopping center in town…

I love going here! They always do exactly what I want, haven’t left disappointed yet. Tony is great! And Lily always helps with fun ideas. Everyone is very nice and always smiling. The shop is clean.

My wife has never done any girly things before, so I suggested that she and our daughter to go off and have a girls day out! They came back raving about how nice everyone was and the service was great. So I hide my man card in my back pocket and came in for a pedi. My heels were cracked and gross! I got the «Best Pedicure» package. Well worth the 35 bucks! Not only did they wax, scrap, polish and shine my feet but also massaged my legs. Completely worth it! The messaging chairs are a nice added touch. The women are incredibly nice and although they have a strong accent, they are very patient and help explain everything. I will be here again man card still in my back pocket.

Bad service. Didn’t care about me as a customer. Took me 3 hours to get pink & white fills and pedicure and I had an appt. will not go back
