Great service updating to new Iphone. Very knowledgeable and informative regarding current offers. Was able to lower monthly charge but with more GB

I am so disappointed in the service I received. Tons of hidden fees, a free tablet that really cost $ 240, $ 80 fee to port my phone number over from a t and t to Verizon. Long story short the free tablet is costing me. $ 475 if I want to keep it. Three months later I receive a phone call from go wireless that states I’m now in collection, and I need to bring the tablet back? I talked to Verizon who told me if I pay $ 175 I can deactivate the tablet, and keep it. Go wireless says no we need the product back? Really is the business even legit?

I would give this location negative stars if I could. I was having issues with a phone that was less than 2 weeks old, so we went in to our closest verizon wireless store. They refused to even touch the phone and asked if I bought it there. When I said no, because they did not have the specific one I wanted, they told me they could not help me, that I would need to go to a corporate store. Either cedar park or south round rock. Okay, fine. To make matters worse, when I went to the corporate store they were shocked that they couldn’t even look at the phone in the local store. They basically said all the employees at the georgetown location must be totally incompetent. Sounds about right.

my internet works maybe 40% of the time. I’ve been on the phone with customer support two to three times a week since switching to verizon internet. It’s slightly better than suddenlink though, which isn’t a compliment. just don’t do it.
