Josh and his manager Mike took their time to work with us to change from Sprint to ATT. Glad we went to their store.

Rude staff and a dumb ass policy that requires you to provide your name on number to just buy a cell case. I pray at&t finally dies away someday.

I need to return two phone cases. They check me in and almost an hour later!!! Seriously I understand the hole sign in process but come on. Not everyone who comes into the store is buying a new phone. Need to make a pmt. Good luck if you need help with that. Get in line. You got it. 45 min wait. Im not unreasonable just think a company as well put together as AT&T could handle there in store policy and procedures more efficiently. So if you need a quick fix or a friendly instructional tutorial on something AT&T. Two words YouTube or try your luck Googleing

Didn’t want to deal with rude people at the Round Rock location so I came here hoping that the customer service over here would be better but NOPE. The manager(Robert) wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t seem very helpful. He had called the customer service line for me bc I no longer want to stay with AT&T and seemed annoyed with the work he had to do(which was not much…*dialing customer service*). I don’t understand why people at AT&T hates their job so much. All you do is standing around with your iPad… You are being paid to be working inside a building with ac instead of outside in Austin weather… appreciate that you actually have a job to make a living. Ugh just thank God I never have to come inside another AT&T store.

I came back to this store today, once again looking for an iphone 6, and my experience today was sooo much better. I was greeted when I entered the store and the woman working the front was friendly and helpful. She signed us up to speak with someone and told us the wait wouldn’t be too long. We looked at the display iPhones and waited around 10 min before we were helped. The woman helping us was Naz, and she was great. She took plenty of time to answer our questions and helped us switch to a new plan. Before we knew it we had ordered 2 new iPhones and were out the door. She was great and changed my opinion about this store.

My my how things have changed. Management here is unorganized and chaotic. Currently waiting ~40 mins to be helped in a store that doesn’t appear to be crazy. Not sure how they can go from one customer, walk around for 5 mins and talk then go to the next. The amount of time wasting is frustrating. No timeframe given, no walk by and say something to the people waiting. Not taking people off the lists when taken care off. Disarray is the best way to described this store. Heard more than 1 customer say that they just wanted to leave.

I drove over to the AT&T store today to swap phones with my wife. I was expecting this to be a hassle, especially since the iPhone 5 is being released today. I parked my car in front of the store and walked toward the glass doors that lead inside. As I approached, both doors opened and 2 of their team members opened the doors for me. One of them asked, «How can I help you today?» I briefly told him what I needed and he guided me to the desk where he proceeded to swap the phones for me. I cannot, for the life of me, remember his name, but He did me a great service and met all my needs. To make things even better, they were having a 25% off sale on all cases. They didn’t have the case I wanted, but they said, there is a 30 day month-back guarantee and I could return the case I bought when the other is in stock. Thank you so much for the AWESOME service!
