I’ve ordered different sandwiches from this particular Subway and never had any issues. The last time I was there, I ordered the Italian BMT and it did not go well from there. It’s the first time that Subway has upset my stomach. The service was so-so, a little slow considering there weren’t many people. They don’t seem to have it set-up so there are enough people behind the counter to push the orders through, etc. There were 2 people behind the counter: 1 was making the sandwiches and his co-worker was at the cash register. Eventually a third person showed up, but decided to just slack off and check his phone. It wasn’t ridiculously busy, but the wait was a little longer than expected. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, especially the floor in the main dining area and women’s bathroom. Some of the tables were dirty as well. It didn’t seem to dawn on anyone in there that they should be taking care of this. instead they just let it go. I can understand if they’re really busy, it might slip… but this was a little ridiculous. I would probably go back, but I definitely will not order the Italian BMT again! Not sure if the meat was bad, or the cheese… eh, there’s no way of knowing.

Despite what I’d written in my previous review, I opted to give these guys another shot, and in my subsequent visits to this location, the quality has been much better(and the folks who work there are pleasant). All of my visits taken on the whole warrant a better rating that what I gave them originally. That said, I find myself eating at Subway far less nowadays, as they have(at a corporate level) made a conscious decision over the last 6 months or so to go away from being a value proposition in the«fast casual» market. The sandwiches were worth it at the $ 5 price point, but not at the $ 8 – 9 price point. For that I can get better sandwiches elsewhere.

Staffers are always courteous and I haven’t had any issues at this locale. Clean and plenty of parking. Nice place to stop in as you run around for errands in this shopping enclave.

If I hadn’t my first Subway pizza at the Salado Subway, probably would have thought this one was great. But compared to the Salado restaurant, it was just ok. And $ 1.00 more expensive. Still good, though. Just keep insisting on more toppings. They will skimp on the qty. and ask for Parmesan on it because unlike Salado, they won’t ask. It wasn’t cooked quite enough, but still was a pretty good pizza. Service was fast, if not enthusiastic. I was the only customer.

Would have given six stars if possible primarily because of the lone employee on duty at the time I went for lunch. I have more than twenty years of experience in the restaurant business including cafeteria styly delis, ice cream and sandwich shops and white tablecloth restaurants. The employee in charge on this day(Young African American guy) is an employee to die for. During my visit(I ate in) He never once missed greeting people as they entered. He never once missed washing his hands after handling cash. He was as fast as most Subways with three or four employees and kept his sense of humor and politeness throughout. I swear he knew what his next three moves were going to be before he made them. It was kind of like a ballet. Oh yes, the sandwich was good as well. Note to good restaurant operators: Steal this guy for your place.

I love how clean this store is. There are at least 3 in the area. the service is outstanding. Debby the assistant manager is awsome. She goes over and beyound the call of duty. If I’m in a hurry i can call in my sandwhiches ahead of time and she will have it ready. If I’m in the area I can swing by give her my order and have it ready by the time I’ve finished my errands. Nothing is too much trouble for her.

4 Stars for a Sandwich Chain? Yep… because they have breakfast here at 8 a.m. when no one else does on a Saturday! Normally I am not a 4 Star Fan of chain establishments unless they truly are good, have a unique product, or stand out for a great reason; well this Subway got my 4 Stars. I am person who spends weekends in the parks, in the outdoors, and gets in a round of Disc Golf as well. As on most mornings for my activity of the day I am on the road early, with that I have hunger pangs that need to be addressed. Most recently my friends and I were meeting across the street at Rivery Park for some exercise, Disc Golf, and hanging out. As a means to prep the day we needed breakfast. and despite there being a: Wendy’s and other establishments up and down the highway area. NONEOFTHEMWEREOPEN, there was nothing close or convenient to us without getting back into traffic, etc. = mood killer. With those concerns, I thought«hey Subway serves breakfast and there is a Subway here» [darn that marketing = it paid off and got me]… so we showed up, walked in, and the young lady was more than eager to help us out. Sure enough«Subway now serves breakfast» [ugh.did I just quote ANOTHER commercial?] Being that I had never ordered«breakfast» from a Subway I was slightly taken back. but the young lady gently walked me through the process with a smile. In the end we all fulfilled in squashing our hunger, had a great Disc Golf round and NOW have a new frequent breakfast stop at 8 a.m. in the area. Thanks Subway. we can now«Eat Fresh» even at breakfast [Doh! That marketing got me again… lol]
