We strolled in while waiting for an oil change. I like the choices on the menu. I was in the mood for healthy and light, that’s what they offered :) We ordered one bowl of tomato basil soup, one pick 2 of garden vegetable soup and chicken Cesar salad, and one soda. The total came to about $ 15.00. The service was friendly, the wait time was reasonable and they have a nice little patio as a seating option. Overall, very pleased with this selection for lunch and its conveniently located off the interstate.

I love the food, but could they be any dumber? I ordered a medium sandwich, and they gave me a small, I hadn’t eaten anything all day, and I was really hungry. GET IT RIGHT!

Asked for diet coke, was given regular coke. There’s nothing I hate more than liquid calories that contain no alcohol. Not sure if it was a mistake or the person was just disgruntled. The food is whatever. I won’t be back.

I read a lot of the reviews and have to say they must of been a one time experience at this location. I go almost every week to this place and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I go there for the sandwiches which are my favorite in the WORLD but I always stay to eat because the staff is so friendly and always make sure we have everything we need. I would recommend this location to anyone!

As always, great sandwich, great service and friendly professional staff and I received another freebie visit. Do yourself a favor, become a regular and reap the rewards… Y’all are the best!!!
Update: stopped today and got my regular. The ham and cheese original. The bun was perfectly toasted, the tomato was ripe!, the rest of the ingredients were perfect too.
Chips are chips, but most places have vinegar/​cracked pepper. I like mine without vinegar. Thanks Guys another reason I like you.
Tea: I prefer unsweetened tea. Schlotzkys tea is always fresh. It always is bright and clear, not cloudy.

I love schlotzsky’s. I usually can’t wait to get back in Texas so I can get one. I just finished the San Antonio half marathon relay and was so excited to come back to Georgetown to have a schlotzsky’s. My sister and husband went to pick it up so I could relax. They came back and only one order out of 3 was correct. My sister said that in the middle of the order the order taker was called away to deliver food? What. My sister said she didn’t even finish her order. Needless to say hers was wrong. My husbands was the wrong size and the wrong chips. Geeez. Really. Not rocket science! I called the establishment and the «manager» was super rude and said she called the order taker away. (Thinking she would apologize, but NO” she said I was unreasonable. I got angry. She said I will not talk to you anymore call the owner if you are not happy. Nope just not going back. They SUCK

Decent Sandwich. Only visiting from the Pacific Northwest, but being an Austin native, I really missed Schlotzsky’s. It seems to have changed a bit over time, but it’s basically a decent fast-​food Muffuletta sandwich. This location has Cinnabon as well. The BBQ chips were pretty good, and the ‘Original’ sandwich was solid and filling. The bread (which is what makes this a thing) was crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. It was worth stopping in to try out. The people at the counter were pleasant enough.

I’ve never been fond of this place, but I returned again today because I was about to eat my own face I was so hungry and my choices were this place and Burger King right next door. So, Schlotzkys it was. It still amazes me every time I go to order the regular smoked turkey sandwich… it’s 7 freaking dollars. C’mon man! There’s nothing special about it. I had to douse it in hot sauce to give it any sort of flavor. Overpriced and flavorless isn’t a good combo.
That being said their staff is very pleasant and they are very accommodating for catering orders. There’s a surgeon close by that I call on who loves sandwiches so I’ve gotten a few trays from here before. Always on time, always looks nice and a pretty good deal for all the little sammys you get. But, the taste is still an issue for me. But hey, this is my wife’s favorite sandwich spot so po-​Tay-​toe po-​tah-​toe I suppose. As far as a chain goes, Potbelly has my heart.

Schlotzsky’s tastes GREAT! Not only is the food delicious but the Georgetown location is the cleanest, friendliest, and most welcoming sandwich shop around. Never have I been to a place were the young staff looked so happy to be at work, great management, keep up the good work.
