Went in to get a fish sandwich. There was a heavy employee with large black gloves that went up to his elbows talking to another employee behind the counter. He had his cleaning tray on the counter where my food would have gone. When I looked inside the tray, it was full of all the stuff you would use to clean a toilet bowl. I’m sorry, but it is beyond disgusting, to leave a toilet brush on the front counter where you serve your customers food. This is not just a job for upper management, but I think the Board of Health really needs to take a look at this place.

I moved here a few months ago and usually do not eat a lot of fast food, but I love the convince of this location on my way home from work. I’ve eaten here 5+ times before writing this review because I hate leaving negative reviews. But after today I finally need to write one, and since I wasn’t given a receipt that may have had a survey on it, hopefully management can help with some of their issues. Every time I have come through the drive thru(breakfast and after 4pm) I am asked to pull to the front to have my food walked to me. You would at least think the food would be hot and fresh, but that is never the case. I always pull to the front, wait 5 minutes or so, and then I get delivered my lukewarm sand which and fries. Awesome. I also ask for catsup every single time and have yet to get catsup without reminding them 2 or 3 times. They also never ask or offer dipping sauces, I always ask myself. Of course I never get it so I guess that’s the same result I would get from not asking. Call me picky, but I always ask for Dr. Pepper with no ice. Today I pulled up to the window and he handed me a water with ice. That’s fine. I worked food service for a long time and completely understand mistakes and being busy. I gave it back and politely asked for Dr. Pepper with no ice, he pulled out a new cup and put ice in it. I interrupted him and asked for no ice, so he poured it out and FILLEDITBACKUPWITHICE. I didn’t even correct him because at this point I felt like giving it back would be awful, so I just grabbed it and found my parking spot at the front to wait for my food. My chicken came out in about 3 minutes which was great! It was also warm but the fries were soggy and cold, there was no catsup in the bag and my Dr. Pepper ended up being a diet coke. At this point I’m frustrated but it’s fast food and I guess I should expect it? But it shouldn’t be that way. That’s where I hope they change, because dang those chicken fries are addicting.

This place needs to have some upper management look into the air conditioning /heating in the playscape area. Time after time my son asks to come here and it’s almost miserable unless the weather is a perfect 68° outside. I have asked multiple people(«managers») on several separate occasions to adjust the temperature. You would think the management would take measures to see to it that their customers were comfortable. This is ridiculous.

Tonight was simply amazing and I haven’t been back in many years because of poor service and hospitality and food was not to burger Kings standards or mine. My husband and I were impressed by the employees manners and the food was delicious, thank you for the experience and I will be returning.

I’m not going here ever again. The food was fine. The kids’ playplace was always grungy and gross-ish, but the last time I went, my kids came down with pink-eye just hours after we left. They’re not old enough for school, and not in daycare, this was the only place they could have picked it up. NASTY!!! At one point I had to crawl up and get my youngest down, the place smelled fine from the floor, but from up there, just the stench of vomit and heavy perfumed air freshener. Gross! We now use the Chik-fil-a over in Wolf Ranch, that place is really clean.

Friendliest servers, cleanest location! Even if they never answer their phone.
