The service while we were in the drive through line was less than the best. I visited whataburger on my cheat day and ordered the jalapeño burger with bacon and extra jalapeños. I’ve eaten at whataburger many times but have never had a burger this AMAZING made perfectly and piled high with jalapeños and bacon. I wish I knew who made it so I could request them every time.(5 stars because I didn’t care at all about the poor customer service after that nom nom burger)

I had a very odd experience going thru the drive-thru. I must have miss the sign that said you can only order one item per car because as I gave the girl my first order she quickly gave me the price and told me to drive to the next window(by the way this all happen at 3am). I felt confused because I still had another order to give her but wasn’t sure if she still had the microphone on lucky for me I was able to tell her my second order as I approach the window I felt I was on a game show would I need to drive back around for my second order or was both orders behind door # 1. I know it’s been awhile, about 24 hours since my last visit to Whataburger but that was in a different city, maybe the rules change with the zip codes. Maybe Whataburger is trying something new and seeing how much really want that second order or will give up and stick with just one at a time. I finally got my order and I had to say I was very disappointed the bread tasted stale the meat had no flavor and fries were cold maybe I should of seen the signs and pick door # 2. Never again … I don’t like game shows at 3 am.

Good food(I love Whataburger in general), but the service wasn’t impressive here. There were three people at the register(behind the counter, not customers) when we walked up, and one was explaining a problem she was having at the drive-thru to another, but then all 3 walked away — including the guy who was not part of that conversation, and so we stood there for several minutes before anyone came back to take our order. I had a sausage BoB and jalapeño cheddar biscuit(with sausage and egg), and the egg was sloppily done on both. Normally the egg would have a clean shape and sit nicely on the sausage patty, but both of these seemed to be cooked more fried-egg style where they looked like they ran while cooking and fanned out to where the final product got thin at the edges and flowed out over the edges of the bun and biscuit. It looked unprofessional. I didn’t notice the temperature wen we arrived, but towards the end of our breakfast it was uncomfortably COLD in there.

I’m addicted to the A1 thick & Hearty burger. Mother likes the Monterey melt with sweet tea. Whataburger at Texas treat, and christian owned.

Burger was good until I found a hair in the lettuce. Couldn’t finish the rest of it. Not impressed

Being from New York I had never seen so many of these establishments then I did driving down I 35. Coming back from Austin from a gnarly evening with some of the most wonderful people I was more hung over than I have been in a very very long time. The hunger was upon me. I ordered the jalapeño cheeseburger and it was the most delicious thing I have ever had in my entire life. I never eat fast food but I do you into my hung over desires for a delicious cheeseburger. I’m so glad I did the staff was friendly the service was bus and the food was divine. Thank you thank you thank you so much for making my day so much better that cheeseburger really brought me back to life.

We got into town around 1:00 am and this was the only place open to eat. It is open 24 hours. I really liked the Monterey chicken sandwich. The fries were cold but otherwise everything was yummy. My honey ordered a burger and said it was good but the patty was thin. I’d eat here again.

BURGERREVIEW: I have to give props to the fine folks at Whataburger. For a fast food place(and I try not to stick these on my burger list) their patty melt is a tasty treat. I had to ding one star for the slight greasiness, but this burger is a throwback to the burger stands of my youth. I transport back to Friendly’s in Fishkill NY(is that place still open?) where I ate a childhood’s work of burgers. It also reminds me of the scores of nameless diners that my parents and I would visit, and get a flat-top cooked burger, with grilled onions on a semi-soggy toast. Whataburger replicates these childhood burgers, and tops it with a nice sauce, most certainly a ketchup/mayo concoction. The patty itself is nicely cooked, and very flavorful. A tasty burger, by any measure, and being in Georgetown, this location is in Shooey’s Golden Radius(a mile from Casa Shoehead, for those that may have forgotten). Though this is the burger review, I have to through out some props to their fries. Golden shoestrings, that are perfectly salted. BUT – I saved the best for last– one thing that sets Whataburger apart from other burger joints is thier spicy ketchup. To me, not spicy at all, but with a nice zing that differentiates it from other ketchups. So good, that I bought a bottle at H-E-B for home use. A nice, zesty condiment. So, Whataburger, enjoy the four stars, and I’ll see you soon!

If I could give it 0 stars I would much rather! We just left this place, absolutely disgusted and disturbed! My sister in law got her order wrong twice, and we left it alone. Half way while my brother was eating his burger he realize there was something unedible in his burger turns out it was a piece of DIRTYMOP!!! He immediately began to gag! We brought it to their attention and they tried saying it was an easy mistake and was just a piece of napkin!(the string was dirty grey and wet) He was able to tug on the peice without it even tearing apart. I’ve NEVER experienced anything this disturbing at a resturant just imaging the bacteria that can be found on a MOP! Ugh … Corporate will definitely be contacted! Employees including manager were so unprofessional!

This is my favorite fast food place in Georgetown. Food is always out fast(dine in or drive thru) and hot. My order is always right and the service is good. They’re great at convincing me to add a fried apple pie or a milkshake too.

Had the burger and onion rings. The burger was tasteless, almost all bread(white), few pieces of less desirable lettuce, a super thinly sliced tomatoes, and reminded why I never eat at this chain. Yuck. I won’t be back to this chain again. The onion rings were super greasy.

A ‘have to’ when in a state that has this chain. Maybe it is just the novelty because we do not have these in CO, but it has a unique taste. Perfect thin burger on a bun with the fixings. The biscuits and gravy for breakfast are not too bad either.

«Average quality, nice employees, and clean» This was a little hole in the wall Whataburger off the side of 35. Perfect for making a morning stop in route to Dallas. It’s been so long since I’ve had a honey butter chicken biscuit, so we were reunited here and graced by the presents of Simply Orange Juice. My favorite! I must say the honey butter chicken biscuit was just okay, but the hash browns were super crisp. The employees were very friendly(could have been out of boredom since no one else was there) and they kept the place clean. Literally clean… there were wet floor signs all the way to the bathrooms. Not too bad of a stop if you need a quick snack or meal.
