This K-mart is on par with what K-marts are today, unfortunately a chain that thrived back in the early 80’s. I find that this K-mart experience is they have what they sell usually in stock, however sometimes it feels like a real ghost town if you ever want help you may not find anyone to help you without going back up to the customer service or cashier area. And when checking out, if they are just remotely busy with customers, there is a line at the registers usually only one to two registers are open. So if its convenient to get items you need, its definitely an option, and convenient if you want to hit some of the other stores in the same shopping center.

Hey, Kmart — never thought I’d see you again. But here you are, smack in the middle of Georgetown. And guess what? You’re actually not so bad. If I want a break from Walmart, you’re an OK alternative. You’re very bright & spacious, clean, and staffed with friendly people. There is still a bit of a ‘dying’ feeling hanging in the air(as in, Kmart in general seems to be on the decline and not many people are shopping there anymore), but you’re good for now. Thanks for the jugs of water we picked up the other day.
