Steve at Merle Norman in Georgetown did my hair recently — cut, color and style. He’s really, really good! Most importantly, though, he’s an amazingly talented colorist. People who really understand how to color hair — how to mix the chemicals, how different kinds of hair are going to react, how to blend highlights and lowlights, how to fix other colorists’ mistakes or deal with stubborn roots, etc. — are pretty rare, but Steve is definitely one of them. I highly, highly recommend him.
Oh, and ask for the Olaplex treatment too. It made my hair really soft and shiny, and it enhances the color. Great stuff!
