Family friendly office environment. Erin was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and safe. After having some bad experiences with other dentists this team reminded me that there are good people/​businesses out there.
I’m removing a star because the hours are not very convenient at all, you have to be retired to meet the hours of this office and expect to schedule your appointment a month or more in advance.

I’ve been going to this location since before Dr. Dyer took over. Since Dr. Dyer has been there, the staff is excellent and the service is also. Scheduling and billing is a breeze. One of the few medical professionals who understands the value of my time by scheduling appointments and then beginning on time. I am «self-​Pay» and I found that the cost is very reasonable considering that I feel that I get great service. Everyone is friendly, and the hygienists are excellent in their knowledge of prevention and cleaning. I’m a Realtor® so I recommend him to incoming residents who need a dentist, and now get to meet my friends often in the waiting room.

My husband and I have been patients at this practice for 3 years. We have been seen every 6 months for routine cleanings and exams and we each had a crown placed in the past year. We have found only pure courtesy and professionalism from each member of the team including Dr. Dyer. Yes, Dr. Dyer is the only dentist in this office. And yes, he may need to leave a patient to follow up with another one in the office. But on the other hand, he may need to leave another patient to follow up with me. All the times when we have been in the office we never encountered any problem.

Dr Dyer has been my dentist for eight years. He is outstanding. I will always be grateful for the advice he gave me when he discovered I had an infected tooth which had to come out. He recommended I get a titanium implant and crown instead of a bridge. He recommended an oral surgeon for the implant and he did the crown. That was seven years ago and the implant and crown are perfect. The next year I again had an infected tooth, got the implant, he did the crown, and again they are perfect. His hygienists, who do the routine cleanings, are excellent. The entire staff is always warm and friendly. If you want the best care and you want the peace of mind which comes with having top professionals take care of your teeth, Dr. Dyer is the one to see. Regarding the negative review from May, I have never been made to wait or had any problem whatsoever.

He is the only doctor in this office. Because of his ratings I tried him out. First visit was great. Second one I went in for treatment and I was 45 min late to be sent back and once in the seat they stated it would take an additional hour from what I was orig. told. Almost an hour late start and add an hour because he was the only dentist and would have to get up and deal with other patients. I had a sitter and could not do the time change at the last minute. I went to talk to the front dest and both desks were empty. I was very angry to have my time changed on me. They then told me that they were charging me $ 150 for a missed appointment (I did not miss it I was there and they changed my times– not what I agreed to). Fast forward– collector calls my husband/​not me and proceeds to harrass us. Collector gives social security number (over the phone) as a mean to try and scare us to pay the «debt». Husband then calls the doctors office and asks how it is legal that they charge someone a missed appointment fee when the patient was there. **HERE IS THE KICKER** Their office actually made another appointment without my consent for April 30^th. Remind you I had not spoke with the office so THEY made this appointment. That way when I did not show up they COULD charge me a missed appointment fee. My husband looked at my planner and said «I know for a fact that she did not make that appointment because you said you have not spoken with her» then he said «So, after her not showing up on April 30^th you now have this account sitting in a collections office 13 days later?» They are deceptive, dishonest, and shady. I refuse to deal with a dentist that changes my procedure time once in his chair, adds to my procedure time, and then schedules a GHOST appointment so that he can «legally» charge me for a missed appointment. Really? This is how you treat people?
