I have loved Penn Station forever. This one does not lack in quality or service. Very friendly and fast. I love the steak sandwich but the chicken is a close second. Fresh cut fries are the best around!

My service was fine and sandwich was as expected from Penn Station. Sandwiches are made to order and fries are normally dropped when they are ordered — it takes a few minutes… no big deal and the food is hot!

Slow hot sammies. Waited 30 min for a sammy. They are so slow. I could have made a crock pot meal faster. Not worth the wait. I suggest stopping at subway across the road and getting lunch to take in there while you wait. Then bribed us with cookies for our pointless wait. bah

First visit to the new Penn Station in Gtown. The food was as good as any PS, as I expected. I had a longer wait than I should have. There were probably a dozen people for dinner (7:00pm) and I was the only to-​go order. I assume they are still working out some kinks. I will visit again.
