Very bad experience wish I could give a negative star rating, I was there this is what took place. My 84 yo mother called to have a furnace and water heater safety inspection. Tech L.J. came to do the inspection, after about half hour he said there were problems with both. This is word for word from the Description of Work form,
Furnace operating normal — gas leak at main gas valve — carbon monoxide leaking from vents — capacitor out of range.
Water heater — gas leaking at main gas valve water heater rusted out.
Then he told us he could have someone out tomorrow the replace both for $ 5,431.
We called Xcel Energy because a gas leak is very serious, they came out right after we called them, they checked everything and said «there is not a hint of any gas or carbon monoxide leaks».
Very disappointing that a company would try to take advantage of an 84 yo woman. Get a second opinion when dealing with this company
