I scheduled a phone assessment and worked around this appointment. No one called me. I called them and was told in person receives priority. I said I had an appointment and no one told me this. No thank you to this uncaring facility.

Walking into to this place was somewhat relaxing until, I was immediately turned off by the loud interns that were laughing and joking in the entrance area! Isn’t this suppose to be a place to relax and get yourself better!!! Did not appreciate the loud and high school atmosphere that was in the lobby, and especially how young the interns were makes me second guess that this place will be good for anyone to recover. Why do u have your employees discussing work stuff around new patients that are checking in, don’t yall have a work area or break room where people can meet!!!
First impression is my being disgusted with this place

The facility is very nice but Dr. Vidal seems to use older methods of treatment and older medications. We took our daughter to a different place after this one and had a much better experience. We probably won’t go back.
