Starbucks

This is the worst Starbucks! They are always out of something! Sugar, cream and today cold brew. I would stop here every time I travel north but that is over! Time to find a new Starbucks. Cross this one off your list!

This was our morning ritual while in Georgetown at the horse show. Usually got 4 drinks and they were always made correctly. Staff were fine. Reason for 4 stars is the hot mess they call a «parking lot». It would take me too long to list all of the problems from backing out of a parking spot to pulling out, pulling in, it just goes on and on! Who designed the layout for this place? Worst ever!

First off I’m not sure why I’m writing this because this Starbucks hasn’t claimed this page so their not going to see it and obviously don’t care. I just moved clove this Starbucks 2 months ago and I’m very disappointed — the parking lot is always full but there’s usually not very many people inside which makes me believe that the employees are parking in the spots — extremely frustrating! I’ve pulled through the parking lot many times trying to go sit inside but can’t park. I’ve asked the managers what’s going on and they say they don’t know-​why wouldn’t you know? When I do make it in the staff is so unfriendly that I feel awkward. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with a Starbucks. Usually the staff get to know you no one has made an attempt to at all here. Bummer that this is the one I moved by. Update: 10 cars in parking lot and 6 people here —

The experience that I had at this Starbucks recently reminded me why I don’t hardly go to Starbucks anymore. The Barista (that term is too flattering for this woman) was snobby and just rude, not to mention violated health codes while I was in there.
I ordered a green tea frappé, but when I placed my order the lady was condescending and acted like it was such a problem that I was there. She was really short with me and her answers were one worded with a hateful tone in her voice. I pay for my things and noticed a dirty mixing container on the counter. To my shock she begins mixing it in this container, hurriedly trying to finish to apparently get me out of the store since it was so inconvenient for her to make a drink. I shouldn’t have taken the drink but I try to be as inconfrential as I can because I don’t like conflict.
What really grossed me out was that after getting the syrup on her fingers, she proceeded to lick it off and suck on her fingers — while she wasn’t even finished making my drink. After sliding it to me and practically dropping it in the process and staring at me while I took it, she said a loud hateful «You’re welcome,» and walked off. I was just dumfounded, and after getting in the car I told my husband that startbucks would no longer be a treat preference. Im really shocked this place has lasted this long if this is how they operate.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Simple drive thru order: grande blonde with soy milk. Waited for 5 minutes at the window for my drink, then it came out black. Asked for soy milk and was given back another black coffee. What a joke.

Sucks — if you are open till 11:00 pm on Sunday then you don’t turn off your oven an hour before you close.

After another wonderful experience here this morning, I wanted to update my review and add a star. Yes, this is still a small Starbucks with an awkward parking lot but the service is fantastic! They always seem to care. Usually, my drink order is perfect and all is well. On the rare occasion that they mess up my order or I don’t like a drink, they are quick to remake me another one at no charge. But what blew my mind today was their decision to give me a drink at no charge because they had messed up my order a few days prior. I hadn’t complained about it (other than commenting on the wrong size), nor did I bring it up again, but they remembered me! How nice! Great service, indeed… which is good because this is the only Starbucks in town and the place I’ll keep going to.

I love Starbuck’s but this one is awful. Asked what sandwiches they had in stock and was told all were. Then when I made my selection I was told they were out of that! Asked for shaken tea/​lemonade drink and guess what? Out of lemonade. Restroom not particularly clean and inside if café had dirty floor. We left and won’t be back to this one.

Pretty unfriendly girls on staff tonight. Waited over a minute for them to turn their attention from their conversation to me.

Another fine Starbucks, but with very tight parking.

They have horrible service we wanted a mini frap but they didn’t know how to make one so we had to get a tall. We suspect we got charged to much and it took forever to get the drinks we wanted. Also the iced tea we wanted was so weak and tasted horrible.

Looked like a new Starbucks. Good staff and fast and efficient service. Easy on easy off.

I love MY starbucks!
Love the staff especially Kash and Shannon. They both know my order and normally say it before I even have to speak! They both are amazing.
I love the white peppermint mocha but I’m a little sad the sugar free peppermint went away with christmas :(
So now to save on calories I get a non fat white mocha no whip and it’s pretty good too.
I normally don’t wait long at all either and it’s normally pretty busy

For the most part I think a Starbucks is a Starbucks, but these staff members were very polite, friendly, and courteous. I am a Starbucks fan so I am partial to going there, but most other local coffee shops have been hit or miss for me. In this case, which is the opposite for me with restaurants, I like the structure and the fact that I will get the same thing no matter what location I am at.

If traveling, find another location. Went here at 10am (not a super busy time) and the drive thru was backed up and not efficient. They also got my order wrong so I had to go in to politely ask them to fix it and they made no apologies and even seemed irritated that I asked.

This location is wonderful. It is very close to my house. They forgot my breakfast sandwich and immediately provided me with a free drink coupon. I never even made a fuss or asked. That kind of initiative is great to see in a company. I will definitely be back.

I know most people say that a Starbucks is a Starbucks, but that just isn’t the case. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They always have the inside area clean and are the best coffee in Georgetown. I use to prefer the Lock/​Key for my coffee cravings but after it sold a year or so ago… It has went down hill fast. I might give them a chance later on but for now… NOPES.
Stop in here and these guys will brew or whip you up something nice and tasty. They also sell the snacks, treats, and bottled drinks that you have grown to love from Starbucks.

Staff not very friendly and a group of 4 came in after us (2 of us) and they got their order way before us.

It’s a Starbucks: average coffee, expensive prices. They do have some good prepackaged specialty «health» food snacks that I haven’t seen at other locations.
