I liked there frozen yogurt but frozone was better and if you were waiting for a haircut the n you can go get frozen yogurt right beside at frozone if it was still their. You can eat their if you want but the employees are dead zombies.

Sometimes the items are fresh, sometimes they taste old. One kid that works there has the personality of a rock! Wow! At least be cordial to the customers.

My family went here last night to get some yogurt and upon arriving a friend of the employee was smoking right in front of the door. As we were trying to make our decision said friend came in and proceeded to stick his hand in the candy and get some out. Needless to say we let them know how disgusting that was and left without any yogurt. This place is not as good as the frozone that used to be in Georgetown and always leaves us disappointed, we will not be back.

Very disappointed with the service at this particular sweet frog. They always close early and rarely actually go by the posted hours of operation. Yesterday evening on 9 – 17 we went by with a group of friends and showed up at 8:42 after a volleyball game only to find the the door was locked and the young man inside was cleaning everything up. When we signaled at our watch showing that he had close 18 minutes early (or earlier that that possibly) he simple mouthed to us that they were closed. Very disappointed considering this is the 3^rd time we have tried to run by quickly before closing and been turned away. I imagine the owner of this business would not be happy to know about all the lost business that has possibly resulted from these employees closing early. There was one lady one time however that was extremely nice and began closing while we were there and she told us not to feel rushed and take our time while she began cleaning up. But the rest of the times when we have gone by within 20 minutes of closing whomever the male employee is seems to want to get out of there pretty quickly and wants to ensure no late customers come in. The yogurt is good but service very unreliable which you would think would not be an issue with a self serve yogurt store.
