Finally tried the deluxe chicken sandwich and it’s amazing! The Oreo milkshake is also really good. I didn’t even know they had an Oreo flavor. The service at this location continues to be top notch. Every employee is so nice and you can tell they actually care about the experience their guests have. When eating inside, it’s almost like having a server; there’s always someone passing by asking if you need anything or if they can take your empty tray or if you’d like a mint. You’d think they were working for tips but they’re not! Only downside is this place is almost always busy. Don’t come on a weekday between 10am and 12pm during the school year if you’re in a rush because you’ll get hit by all the high school kids out on open lunch. Also don’t pick the drive-​thru unless you’re willing to wait a while. I always find that even when it’s packed, it’s quicker to just go inside.

I was so surprised to see this location didn’t have 5 stars. Chic-​fil-​A has awesome customer service. The best I have ever encountered in the fast food business. The workers are so nice and are always willing to help. I think it’s adorable how they have a basket with individual containers of Cheerios labeled «For our future Chic-​fil-​A customers!» That are free! That’s adorable. The prices are so affordable. Everything on the menu is delicious. I love the spicy chicken sandwich, it has a hint of spice but isn’t too spicy. The tables are always clean. I’ve noticed workers have wet wipes attached to their aprons and wipe after a costumer leaves. Your food comes out no later than 5 minutes after ordering. While you’re sitting and eating your food workers come up to your table and ask if you would like any extra sauces, refills or mints. When they notice your done they offer to pick up your tray and trash for you. It’s like restaurant service! Amazing. I honestly appreciate the hard work and patience that Chic-​fil-​A employees have. I come here about 3 times a week every week. I absolutely love Chic-​fil-​A!

The food is great, and the place is clean. I would rate this place a 5 if they did something about the wait times and overcrowding. However, major points deduced for wait times!
It’s just way too crowded. I’m not going to wait longer than 5 minutes for Chick-​fil-​A! It seriously gets very busy here. You will wait and wait and wait!!! This I promise! Additionally, I really despise people with bad attitudes. That’s why I took 2 stars from the last review. I’m from the south, and I’ve experienced so much hateful behavior from people that I’ve done nothing to and don’t even know! I haven’t even been here a year yet! Moreover, I sometimes don’t like dining in because if you even look at someone for too long it’s like they want to fight you. *I’m talking about the customers* And yes, I see you guys/​girls trying to avoid me and acting all suspicious. I picked up on that pattern on day one. I also see you keeping an eye on me (*especially* when you think I can’t see you), which is very rude. LOL! I don’t get it. If people had better attitudes around here the quality of life would improve drastically. It’s bigotry!
Likewise, to be fair some people are polite. But, they are in the minority (like 20%). Furthermore, the employees are not the ones I’m really complaining about. It’s the customers and townsfolk. A hater’s gonna hate I guess…
It’s kinda funny though that when I have on expensive jewelry, and nicer clothes that people treat this young black man noticeably better. I see you, and I don’t like your fake ness! Superficial much!!! Lord forgive me for all the tea I spilt, but I couldn’t hold it in any longer. Amen.

Customer service is a number one priority for Chick Fil A. Always nice staff. And why write a review about the most awesome chicken on the face of the planet? Great food, decent price for the quality food, and nice staff = an effective model for retaining customers!

I see a lot of complaints about the wait. So effing what. Sit ur fat ass down n wait. BUT I will say this. why does this location or any other have these workers outside taking orders??? I saw a girl out when it was SNOWING. WTF chik fil a? What’s the point of drive thru? Is that the balance for not working sundays? And don’t tell me it’s to speed things up. That’s a flawed system.

To be fair, I’m not the largest fan of Chick-​Fil-​A and I think their brand of well-​seasoned and typically tasty, if overpriced, chicken bits and drinks do good in a fast food pinch when compared to other options in the region. Coupled with the fact that the service is largely pleasant and swift, one could do worse.
I suppose my middling rating stems from the fact that the drive-​thru set-​up at this particular location is a little wonky and disorganized given that the pathway to it is marred by an equally disjointed parking lot assembly. That said, I’ve gone there at the heights of its business and marveled at the speed at which I was able to get my food and be on my way.
Occassionally, an item or order is missed but it’s been just a handful of times. I’ll definitely be returning.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Chick Fil A! As I’m ordering, my food is already being given to me! Great service and super fast! Even on a busy night I don’t ever have to wait more than 4 minutes for my food to be in my hand. Very nice staff! I’m always finding myself craving it the most on Sundays though!

We frequently eat here before hitting the movies down the street, and yes — they are very often busy. I’m baffled by the other reviews, stating how busy they are so often are, are too slow, leave a poor review, but yet they keep coming back (SMH). Anyway, many times we’ve been the 10^th, or 12^th car in the drive through, but has never taken more than 10 – 15 minutes on our longest wait. They often have extra employees outside expediting orders — even in heat & rain. Always multiple people working at/​near the window, working as a team getting orders out. Always polite courteous staff — unlike some places that fail to even make eye contact. The food is always the same — not hit, or miss like some places.
As for when we dine in — the service & food is always exceptional, and the restaurant always clean. I may not write many reviews, but when I’m unhappy with a restaurant, and give a bad review — I don’t return. This place must being doing something right — to have unhappy customers keep coming back.

This is the slowest location ever. We have been in love for almost 20 minutes and we just ordered. This is no way to run a business and the owners should be doing something to solve this. I am not coming back here again. I would rather go to McDonald’s where they actually know how to run a successful business. You people need a wake up call…

Not a huge fan of fast food. Needed something QUICK. Been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes!!! And not even close! If I had a truck I’d be up over a curb to get out of line. Never coming back.

Really disappointed in how this location is now– this was my first place of employment, and really fell in love with the morals and respect that I was taught as an employee there. Going there the other night I saw 0% of what Chick Fil A means to me. Anthony, I believe his name is, one of the managers it looked like, was astonishingly rude to multiple customers that had been waiting more than 10 minutes for their food, and customers who had been in line for much too long because behind the counter was so chaotic. It was a mess, and every employee looked so disheveled it was a shock to see how the employees handled themselves, as well as the upset customers. Just really sad to see what has happened there, and I truly hope the Martin’s, the owners, see that their is something lacking with their team there. Pull it together guys, we all love CFA!

I really enjoy Chick-Fil-A’s awesome food and their attention to excellent customer service.
This particular location offers all of the above. However, this location seems to always have a very long drive-​thru line. Therefore, I typically just go inside even when I’m taking my food out. I also found that this location easily gets swamped on the weekends, especially on Saturdays during lunch. Lots of families flood this restaurant after their soccer and/​or little league games. It certainly doesn’t help that this location has limited and very awkward parking, so even when you change your mind, you sometimes get stuck in the lot.
Despite all these problems, I’ll still try to come back because I love their chicken sandwiches and salads. Everything is freshly prepared! The service is very good, especially compared to other fast-​food chains. Their staff is quick, polite and attentive. Chick-​Fil-​A is famously known for being closed on Sundays to give their staff a day of rest. If that’s what it takes to have such an excellent staff, I’m all for it.
Importantly, the company revealed in 2014 their 2012 tax filings verifying that the company no longer supports anti-​LGBTQIA civil rights. I’m happy to be able to indulge from time-​to-​time with a relatively clear conscience.

The lobby closes at 10 so the drive thru line becomes insanely long. That means 20 – 25 min waiting time. Other than that, I wish I asked the girl’s name who worked at the window tonight (Friday). She had long blond hair tied back in a pony tail. She was very informative, polite, and shows that she cares about her customers. She’s the reason why I’m rating a 4 star and not a three.

Never envisioned myself writing a review for a fast food place, but I had to comment on the amazing service at this location. I’ve had to stop by twice now during the busy morning rush on a Saturday to place large, complicated orders for my office. The staff have always been extremely patient, friendly, and helpful. The order is prepared quickly (out the door in less than 5 minutes) every time and we’re never missing a thing. Kudos to the manager of this location for doing a great job running the training program.

The food is about standard. It’s exactly what I would expect from a drive through. The service is typically good. Everyone is always friendly. However, I give this location 2 stars because the design on the drive through is awful. I have been cut off at least twice, and had someone pull in front of me into the drive through entrance. The don’t generally make mistakes here, and when they do they forget little things like BBQ sauce.
On weekend during busy hours they actually have a police officer there at the DT corner to prevent random acts of violence when some idiot cuts through at 20 miles an hour just to cut in front of the line already waiting to order.
If they didn’t have this major design flaw I’d easily give them 3 or 4 stars. It’s just too frustrating to deal with when I’m hungry and have my kids with me.

You can never go wrong with Chick Fil A. The food is always fresh and fast. Even if there are 5 kids running around, there are still plenty of seats away from them.
I wouldn’t sit near the bathroom because. BATHROOM. I don’t need to say anything more.
Other restaurants chicken seems to get smaller as the years go by but at chick fil a, it has always stayed the same size. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the fries. I like when they are unsalted; I feel it goes better with the sauces.
The only thing I don’t like, is when the little old ladies constantly walk by and ask if you want a mint. Either my breath is always extremely bad or they are just SUPER efficient at passing out those babies.
Overall, great location.

Not sure how a Chick-​Fil-​A warrants anything less than 3 stars. This location is on par with the other many, busy Chick-Fil-A’s [I realize that busy and Chick-​Fil-​A are synonymous]. Everyone of the more than dozen that I’ve visited has a crazy busy drive through.
In my two visits to this location, the staff handled the chaos of popularity with aplomb. Yes, some of the tables took a little longer to wipe down, but the facility is clean. The staff are friendly. The food is Chick-​Fil-​A — excellent fast food.
Yes, the parking lot is crazy, but that’s true of that entire shopping center … and many other shopping centers in active suburban areas.

I really like Chick-​Fil-​A, especially for breakfast. BP gets the the breakfast burrito with chicken and the salsa takes it to a whole new level.
I like their lemonade, even at breakfast time :)
