The first time I have tried their sub sandwiches at Cousin’s I was skeptical at first but then I ordered the best sandwich I have ever tasted. Ever since then I have been going to Cousins more often and I also found out that they serve fries as well which is uncommon for a sub shop to have but I enjoyed that as well. I don’t really care for the onion strings in their sandwiches since I don’t like them that much however their overall sandwiches are delightful and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who loves delicious subs close by at a convenient price. The one thing I would change is their packing lot it is too small and kind of dangerous for people to exit. Overall, I really like their menu selections and drinks they offer at Cousins.

Cousins stands above the sub sandwich shops by head and shoulders. The locally owned chain features a grill for their subs — a huge step up in taste and flavor over toasted or nuked sandwiches. And now with the option to customize your sub and have fries or chips, this sets the standard for sub shops!

Over the year I think they have gotten smaller and have put less on there subs. I’ll go to subway before I’ll go here

I have eaten here 3 times now. Twice for lunch and once for dinner. The service is great very friendly and helpful and the food didn’t take long at all. The double meat cheessteak was awesome. The grilled chicken sub was not what I expected. It’s actually thin sliced deli style chicken tossed on the flat top for a minute. The flavor was great but the sub was kinda thin with not much meat. Same goes for the meatball sub. Great flavor and the sauce is an excellent sweet and smooth marinara but there was much more bread than meat which was dissapointing. Overall satisfied but I’ll be sure to order double meat on anything I get next time.

Fast service. If you come during lunch, duh! It will be busy. This place has some quality workers. Ownership cares. They’re defiantly involved with the community. Would recommend.

High end facility. I never seen cousin sub place nicer than this place. Plenty of seating and always clean. Air conditioning works great in summer time. Their subs taste good too. I like chicken deluxe cheddar. If you like cousin subs, you definitely wanna check out this place.

Not sure what the disfunction is here with the workers but I just cannot comprehend how it takes 15 minutes to make me a club sandwich. I swear everytime I am in here there are at least 5 kids behind the counter, somehow they always look busy? Now I understand this is not a Jimmy Johns and the menu is much wider then that place but come on? Not to mention I believe that Cousins HQ is in Meno Falls you would think they would try a little harder to demonstrate there local store. Honestly it is a conspiracy because it is not just this Cousins location either. The workers here should be taken down on a field trip to the Jimmy Johns on the UWM campus. At that location you literally watch your sub get made and completed and waiting for you at the end of the counter before you even get your change back. Cousins has always tasted better then every other sub place and its just a shame they cant seem to figure out how to actually be fast food.

«Better bread, better subs» is clearly the case here. I’ve been to a few different Cousins locations, and this one always has the freshest bread. The space is nice too, they have art from local high school students, which is cool in my book. The only downside is, and it’s not really that big of a deal, but a few months ago, the owner of this and another local location dropped off a stack of 10% discount cards at my work, but no one ever knows how to ring them in. It’s a routine I’m used to now, to have to wait for the cashier to ask three different people what to do with the card.
