Cvs Pharmacy

They always make mistakes and service is horrible please do not waste your time and go to a different pharmacy.

I have been to the other CVS in Germantown and this one is totally worth the little bit of extra drive time to get to! Everyone is so helpful, especially the one woman (I totally forgot her name :/​She had henna on her hand when I was there a week ago). She was AHmazing!!! She went out of her way to help me with trying to get my insurance information when she could’ve easily said no.
Give this location a shot — they really are caring people in there and treat you like a person, not just another customer :)

What I need is almost always out of stock, or there are not enough items to take advantage of a sale deal (BOGO). The manager, Teresa, is super nice, but unfortunately her customer service skills can’t make up for the absence of items in the store. This location is the easiest for me to use, but I have to constantly go to other locations (or other stores like Target or Rite Aid) to get the products I need.

Don’t even bother going here. The pharmacist is a fuck’n bitch. They are slower than fuck’n molasses!
Simple enough that she can just check my medical file there at the pharmacy that my prescriptions are only filled at CVS.
But, to tell me that she isn’t «comfortable» filling my Rx from another state? F U!
I’m NEVER, repeat NEVER … Doing business with this branch again!

I don’t know why I still go to this pharmacy. I called today to fill a prescription and can’t say that my experience was any better. The girl on the phone was rude and argued with me about what prescription I was prescribed.

The extra star is because they were nice initially … And that was when I first had to transfer my medications from another state.
They lost extra stars for complete rudeness on the phone. They fax and call 3x and that’s it. Well, when you send a fax and call the wrong phone number … Don’t be rude to me just because I want to verify the phone numbers they have in their database! It’s a courtesy call and request when the customer (whom, I might add, is keeping your store in business!!) calls back to verify that all the numbers are correct. First of all, as a staff member of the pharmacy, you do as the customer requests; NOT what your policy states … Especially since your database had the wrong phone number!
Second, (and this is my final thought), as a healthcare provider, you may want to be more professional! You don’t know the person calling on the other line. That customer on the line may be Professional Healthcare Practitioner, as well, with a Doctorate Degree!
Strike 1 is the horrible wait time to pick up medications! 1 star lost …
Strike 2 is this latest epic drama! 2 stars lost!
Strike 3 … And, business will go to another CVS or another Pharmacy!

They are still SOOOO SLOW. Drop off a prescription in person at 3:45pm and was told it wouldn’t be ready til around 7pm. Arrived at 7:30pm and the prescription was not ready. Had to wait 10 more minutes for them to fill it.

They are so slow! There are so many people back there too. Not sure how it can be so slow with that many people. Wegmans is much faster and not that far away, only like half a mile.

This is one of the best CVS’s in area. Its clean, its organized and well stocked… The only rachettness I observed was the Tides had sensors locks on it! When I saw that I knew I was in the hood… yes Brandermill is a little hoodish. I wouldnt go there late at night. you get the bums who ran out gas and need a dollar… yet they have no wheels. etc… You have your chain smokers who just stare into the redbox as if it was a peep show… or what not… but once your in the store… your straight… Now if you know how to coupon this place is it. otherwise this place can drain your wallet… fast. because everything here is overpriced… But again, if you know how to coupon and take advantage of their rewards card, and scan your card at the coupon center you will get bargain stuff! This week I was able to get Tide for $ 2… The good kind with the Febreeze inside! The cashiers are nice… especially Maria, who happily scans my coupons and is amazed how I was able to save so much… at one other CVS, the space cadet didnt scan all of mine but pretended too scan… but I was on top of that and claim my dollar… Anyways, this is the crème de la crème of CVS’s in Germantown.

After writing a terrible review of CVS in Mont Vlg I had to write to give props to this one. After years of dealing with the incompetence of the 24 hr one in MV I decided to try this one and I am so glad I did. This one is night and day. All of the employees especially Tina know what they are doing and they are very nice and pleasant. I am so glad that I stopped the insanity and brought my family’s meds to this one.
I cannot say enough nice things about them and they are all true. The wait is usually about 20 – 30 minutes compared to 4 hours to 4 days with the MV location.
I sent them a thank you note a while back because I truly appreciated them and you know what they did? They sent one back to me with all of the team members having signed it. How sweet is that?
A huge Thank you to all of the employees who work there and they also keep their cool. I once witnessed an obvious drug seeker demanding her Dilaudid rx be given to her without her ID and that drug seeker was rude and obnoxious and my 2 yr olds could have seen right through her, but The clerks stood their ground and were very professional. Lets hope that girl found a new pharmacy or rehab.
Anyway I love this CVS and will never go anywhere else but I don’t want everyone to know my best kept secret either! :)

This is a nice bright CVS, decent pharmacy, good service. I’d rather travel the extra mile to this one rather than go to the one closer to my home. It doesn’t have a claustrophobic feel and it’s clean.
