Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Excellent customer service and they really try to help you get what you need! I couldn’t figure out how to open to open the gas cap on my rental truck. The employee at enterprise Germantown let me pay for the remaining fuel at the pre paid rate! Thanks so much!

I had a great experience here and will continue to use Enterprise. Reserved a compact but got a SUV, which was nice. Service was fast. Pick up at home was really helpful and the drivers, John and Brendan, were nice guys.

Need to hire more associates. Having 1 or two people at the checkin/​checkout desk is not enough. If you’re on a time crunch, arrive 30min earlier then you planned to leave. There is too much small talk at the desk causing even more of a delay. I have been there only on the weekends, so im not sure how busy it gets during the week day. They know on weekends they get swamped, yet they do not plan to have enough employees there. Both times ive gone within the same some month, and the line was at least 10 people ahead of me. Whats worse is a lot of these people don’t even have reservation and are just walk-​ins. Poor planning on Enterprise for not being better prepared. There should priority lines for those with reservation and drop offs, and not all be in one line.

Recently rented a ford explorer for three days and everyone was very attentive from the morning when I had to pick up the vehicle until the return day. The assistant manager called me to confirm and offer me a better vehicle for 6 people and at a better rate. Truly appreciated his assistance. At the time of return, it was a breeze! The manager assisted me and she was very friendly and quick. I was in and out right away. Will definitely come back.

Went to Enterprise after few months and immediately noticed the change. This place used to amazing when Steve Hutira was the branch manager. I have been using enterprise for a very long time and very often at times. When Steve was the GM, as soon as you walk in, every employee will greet and acknowledge me. That has miserably changed.
As I walked in today, there were no welcomes, no eye contacts. Got a filthy, dirty, scratched minivan which had transmission issues all the way to south. Looks like some employees were more worried about their looks then their car appearances or customer service.
Anyways one thing for sure, I will never be renting from enterprise again, Steve was an asset and was doing a great job in running that branch smoothly but other than that nobody wants rude service filthy cars. Avis is 3 miles down the road.
I rented for a month from enterprise last month and had a bad experience but wanted to give them another try specially since I had more then enough points for a week worth of rental.
The associate who did my paper work also told me that I need to return the car at the same location or else I will be charged $ 100 – 150 more, which is obviously not true.
When I called them, I clearly said I want an American car as I like their comfort and drive and also if possible I need a car with in video system but that did not happened and I ended up with a beat up sienna
Again, this place used to be amazing with great staff to include Steve, Linda and Ashley. Don’t know what happened to them but they are not there any more which is a big NO NO
I am extremely sorry for leaving a negative review but I believe this is needed and some things surely needs to be worked on.

I am dissatisfied about my experience about a rental car there. First, it took me 2 hours and half to rent my car while 3 employees were there. I was oblivious in the procedures and instead of helping me, the lady other there noticed that fact and bullied me. She warned me that she will put my account in collection if anything in the Kia was deteriored, I called my insurance back home and they told me that not necessarily. She put in the contract that I have to turn back the car in 3 days, however, the insurance and myself told her that the rent will be 4 days .And they asked I don’t know how many phone numbers, where I live, where I study, the name of my school, no right for privacy. Then, the most mean thing that lead me to write this review is she through my debit card and driver licence when she finished to charge them, I was very ashamed of other people, maybe she thought that I do not desserve to rent a car. I am not delighted to write that review but that was the thing who happened and it was not a good experience, they did not want my business.

The manager is terrible! He checked me back in and there were some superficial marks/​scratches on the fender and he filed a claim thru my insurance company for it. Something that a quick wax and buff would get off. First and last time using this location. The other staff is great, but with a manager like that…

This should recieve a no star. Did not even rent a car for more than 6 hours and they filled a claim against my insurance for a window crack? Please… that was there before the car was rented. It was very early in the morning but still that is very shady service. I will never go to them and advice others not to too.

So I rented a «standard» car and got a red vw jetta. Wasn’t so excited about that but didn’t wanted to take the time to see what other options I had and didn’t want to bother the rep for one. But as I drive off I noticed that there wasn’t much lumbar support so I decided to return it the next day.
Saturday was crazy busy at this location. There must have been 40 people there and everyone of the employees there was running around with their heads cut off. Talk about multitasking! If you can’t do it, don’t work for a place like this. Yet I noticed that they worked so professionally and so efficient especially the asst manager there Garrick. He was calm, cool and collective while handling 10 things at one time. High praise to him. I can’t even begin to mention the customers he was trying to satisfy and successfully did it. Then it was finally my turn and Devon (rep) treated me like a king. I told him why I wanted to return the jetta and long story short provided me with a car I was very satisfied with. When I told him about my lower back issues, he placed all my belongings in the car as I sat in the car and he explained the policies. That man deserves high appraisal too!
Finally, saddened that I had to return that beautiful car, Madison (rep) was very polite, professional and considerate and then finally drove me to where my car was repaired at. I guess who ever hired these employees also deserves high appraisal.

Very helpful and quality customer service. I love the well pick you up service they offer although that’s the company not the location. Overall they we great and I’d use then again in a heartbeat.
