The customer service is awful at this location. The employees look like they are miserable, no smile, no welcome greeting. Nothing! I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes without being acknowledged, I know that the employee had just taken an order from the person in front of me and was making that order. She could have said I’ll be right with you. Then I ordered two bagel sandwiches and two hash browns. Then I really confused her when I said I wanted it on an everything bagel instead of a plain bagel. I could barely hear the employee when she told me my total. Then when my order was ready there was only one sandwich, she tried to tell me I only ordered one sandwich. I checked my receipt and she charged me for one. I know my fault I should have figured out due to the price, but heck I could barely hear her. So I go back to order another sandwich, I thought about getting coffee but I said nope, if they can’t even take an order right I am not letting them ruin my coffee. The guy that helped me was also very quiet and seemed miserable. No greeting, no smile. Nothing. Worst customer service.

This place is just ok. I don’t get coffee out that much anymore, so I can’t compare it with other places. I don’t like the wall menus behind the counter because the coffee menu is there for about 10 seconds, then it gets covered by another menu for about the same time. ordered my coffee at about 12 noon and the guy said he was making fresh coffee for me. That was nice. But I guess he wasn’t getting too many coffee customers during lunchtime. They make breakfast items, but I haven’t tried one of them yet. The staff talks loudly to each other like someone is hard of hearing back there. I do not lke that while I’m trying to sit there and quietly sip my coffee. The small tables and décor look like they’re left over from the 70s. It really should be updated a bit to make you feel good as you sit there with the coffee. As a final note, the chart lists 3 sizes of coffee. I figured I would get the largest size they offer, according to the number of ounces and cost. But the size I ended up ordering after they held up 3 different cups was the middle size. Hmmm…

I drop my wife off at work at 6 in the morning and always stop at this Dunkin Donuts and at this location is like a flip of a coin is my coffee going to be good or not sometimes I get my coffee and it has the most weirdest taste ever like if they’re mixing my coffee with tea or they’re giving me decaffeinated coffee I don’t know I like the staff but their coffee is just terrible terrible I used to go every day. I go maybe once a week

Twice now this Dunkin location has given me iced tea instead of iced coffee. There is no greater evil in the world than giving someone an iced tea than an iced coffee at 6 in the morning!!! Seriously though, it shouldn’t be that difficult to get the base drink correct. Even when it is coffee rather than tea, it is still a crapshoot if you will get milk or not that day, whether there will be sugar or not. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a coffee when it is a simple order!

Let’s just say the quality of beverages and the attitudes of staff our equally falling at a fast rate. This location used to be prime. Dare I say the less glossier Wisteria location is on the rise. The one in Clarksburg is also the pits. Meh. I’m jumping ship.

This place sucks, the management and there team suck. No order is ever right, the language barrier is very bad. They service is good, the workers speak to u like they don’t know the menu and they rush through everything. Nothing is done with proud and good customer service. They need the manager from the Gaither Rd location to get them in shape. The times I’m home I hate going to DD do to both ones in Germantown sucks.

DONOTGOTOTHISDUNKINDONUTS!!! First time I went to this location, I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. When I opened my sandwich to add some pepper and ketchup to it, I noticed that the eggs were green in the middle?! What the heck?! What is this a Dr. Seuss book?! I already had arrived to work and didn’t have enough time to return the nasty looking sandwich to them. Later that day, I emailed corporate about receiving the nasty eggs and corporate had the nerve to just send me an email back saying they apologize for the service. They didn’t send any gift certificates, no gift cards, no coupons, nothing. Not that I was expecting this, but usually businesses will send freebies as an apology for bad service. A few months later, I was rushing to work and had no other choice than to stop pass this location again. I was hoping that perhaps corporate had contacted this location and told them to step up on their customer service, but I was dead wrong!!! This time, I ordered the new turkey bacon, egg, and cheese flatbread. It was absolutely disgusting. I pulled the flatbread back and it looked like the turkey bacon wasn’t even cooked long enough. Based on how the cheese was dried up, it appeared that the flatbread was just sitting on the side for hours as it awaited for someone to order it. I had to throw the entire order away. Don’t waste your money on this Dunkin Donuts. Even after someone makes complaints about the bad service, they continue to neglect the changes they should definitely make.

I always prefer this location to the one on Wisteria. This location always keeps their drive through line moving at a nice pace — I’ve never had more than two cars ahead of me. They make good drinks and cashier Jessica is a sweetheart. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. The iced coffee is pretty tasty; however, the doughnuts(never understood why one writes«Donut» when it’s made out of dough) have a little weird aftertaste… almost like a burnt aftertaste. If you want iced coffee, then yes. Doughnuts… eh, pass.

5 stars, but only for the drive. Ice coffee with the proper portion of cream, sugar and flavor shot is always on point. Friendliness is hit or miss as is the speed of getting your refreshment. Either way it’s a wonderful sight and experience next to the usual pretentious Starbucks.

I went two days in a row and both days the staff was very fast to greet me and take my order. They were great. However I feel like they rushed my drink both days… my Oreo coolata wasn’t as bad but my iced coffee was bland and went I took a sip I got a mouth full of sugar. Not what I expected. But willing to give them a few more chances!

This place is alright for a Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was something to be desired and they were slow to boot. I was also really unhappy when they began spray painting a ceiling tile while we were hanging out in the store. But, they were nice enough to us afterwards and compensated us for smell so I’m willing to say they aren’t horrible. Plus, the coffee was good and the donuts tasted fine. I just might take mine to go next time.
