As I walked in, the woman at the front looked at my dress(which was on the shorter side) and gave me a disappointment look which threw me off but I chose to brush it off. I asked a couple questions about the munchkins and she was very short with me, when I finally decided on my order she collected my paiment, gave me my change, bagged my treats and shoved them at me and proceeded to greet the people behind me. When I walked in, there were three workers at the front and there was nobody waiting to be served so it’s not like they were in a super big rush. The fact that she did that made me feel super disrespected and I don’t think I’ll be back for a while. Also, the munchkins were stale and tasteless, which made it worst.

Thanks for making sure my sons hot chocolate was the right temperature and he didn’t burn his mouth. And I did not even have to ask, they asked if it was for him and then took the initiative

It’s suppose to be a quick and easy process. Please train your employees to get the simplest of orders correct. A vanilla chai is not rocket science. You’re too lazy to stir??? Really??? SMH

Long story short, the service is painfully slow(Ive been here several times) and the coffee is only decent. With this place being so close to my home and on my way to work I hope they can iron out the kinks.

Brand new dunkin donuts in the Staples/Home Goods plaza! I’m hoping they’ll have good upkeep, but for now it’s nice, shiny and new. Comfy leather/leatherette seats and clean facilities. Plenty of workers there to help and they were super nice! I think the owner was there too and he was cleaning — love that work ethic! They have the standard selection of donuts with a few seasonal pumpkin selections. The donuts were shaped a bit funky but really who cares when they are so yummy :)
