Mislead by employee of EZ Storage on my options to cancel my unit.
On May 22^nd of 2013, I went into EZ Storage to cancel my storage unit and was told I had to give 15 days notice; there was no way to stop from being billed the next month without giving 15 days notice.
I returned on May 29^th to give my «15 days notice» when in the course of conversation, the employee told me that if I was out of the unit by the next day, I could avoid being billed for the next month. I specifically asked on May 22^nd, how I could avoid paying for the next month when I was told to avoid being billed for the next month required a 15 day notice.
I was totally mislead, totally. On top of this, the employee and management were arrogant and disregarding to their own decisions. Do NOT do business with this company.
