I’ve taken my dogs to many groomers in the area. This place is the best! Great customer service. Friendly, caring staff, great cuts, they call when they say they will call. I can’t say enough good things.

I love this place! After moving to Maryland and getting my dog I tried both petco and pet smart and was disappointed with both. My dog never smelt clean or looked like he was groomed. I then found this hidden gem. This is the only place I will take my dog to get groomed. They are reasonably priced and do an amazing job. Heather is amazing with our fur baby and we always request her. If you haven’t already you definitely need to try this place out!

I’ve been here several times for my dogs and the service has always been great. Today, it was exceptional! My mom likes one of my dogs (Bichon poo) to be groomed a very particular way and it’s not always easy to appease her. It’s also difficult to find a good drop-​off time after I finish work. However, they worked around it and squeezed me in for a later appointment. I knew they closed at 7 so I dropped by and found that Randy was still working on her even though the shop was closed. He was very thorough in asking questions when I dropped my dog off and dedicated to the end. I am definitely grooming my dogs here again (and possibly my cats!)

I took my 7 month old goldendoodle Oliver here for his first grooming because of the reviews online. I have one word that sums up my whole experience at Fidoz and Felinez and that is AMAZING!!! When I called initially we spoke to a woman named heather on the phone and wow was she friendly. She was so excited to meet Oliver and scheduled us for an appointment 2 hours after I spoke to her!!. We went in for our appointment and Heather greeted us right away. She was even friendlier than she sounded on the phone! Being as this was our first time getting our puppy groomed I didn’t really know what to tell her I wanted them to do but trusted she would make the right decision grooming him. We received a call 3.5 hours later that our little Oliver was ready for pick up. We went to pick him up and Heather again told us how amazing Oliver did and was very obedient, she also told us she got many kisses. She loved Oliver so much and gave us great advice for how often to see them for grooming depending on the coat we want him to keep (long, short or curly) The look on my face when I saw my Oliver groomed for the first time was priceless. He seemed so happy and it was obvious him and Heather hit it off! I have found my furever groomer/​stylist and that is definitely Heather. So so so excited to go back in a couple months!!!

We loved our experience at Fidoz N Felinez. Randy was phenomenal at answering our questions via e-​mail (our dog is a puppy and this was her first full groom, so we had some questions). Scheduling was easy — and they didn’t make us drop off our dog in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon — we could pick an appointment time. Everywhere else I called in the area would be a full day production.
The place itself smelled good and was very clean (shockingly clean for a groomer). I heard some dogs in the back — but they didn’t sound miserable (like they do when I go to Petsmart), just vocal. Our puppy was a little nervous and was sniffing to leave, pulling us to the door. Randy was able to VERY quickly win over our dog, and walked around the place with her, letting her smell everything and meet everyone. All of the other groomers were extremely sweet to Lily and made her feel welcome. By the time he took her back, her tail was wagging and she didn’t even spare us a second glance!
The groom: Lily came in with matts and a long overgrown puppy coat. Randy was able to cut her fur down to a manageable level and she looks ADORABLE. We keep getting comments on the street how cute and «regal» our puppy looks. Her ears and face is cut very evenly — looks very nice — clear a professional did the cut. She smelled wonderful when she came out. The full cut (and bath) took about 3.5 hours.
The price is very reasonable and we will definitely be returning for Lily’s next bath/​trim/​groom. I would HIGHLY recommend Fidoz and Felinez and particularly Randy (although I’m sure the other groomers are great too, I just have only used Randy once).

Randy always works his magic on my (sometimes matted) shih tzu. He has been grooming my dog for over 5 years. Everyone there is so friendly and great with the pets. Rosie comes back looking so cute and smelling wonderful. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Beyond disappointed… Great job grooming her hair but cut her toe nails too close to where it was bleeding and the groomer answer was… Yea I think I cut it too close… but maybe she scraped it on pavement. Believe me… Been to groomers plenty of times and this had never happened… So maybe the groomer needs to learn how to do her job. Never coming back!

I have been here 3times. First two times, I was very satisfied with the service. Treated my dog with grooming service+hot oil for the first time and mud bath for the second time. Problem was the third time which I treated my dog with same grooming service with hot oil.
When I brought my dog home, he started scratching his ears too much. So I check his both ears and I was very angry because they didn’t pluck off any of my dog’s ear hair nor dried it. (It was still wet even after few hours)
I called the store next day and ask them the reason why they didn’t pluck off the hair? And they said «we normally don’t pluck the hair off if the dog gets too upset «which is very reasonable and understandable. So I ask them then why didn’t you guys at least dried his ear? And the answer I got was just simply sorry.
Next day, my dog kept scratching his ears so I set up an appointment with vet and got check up for his ears and we found out that my dog’s ear was infected. So I had to spend total of $ 95 for examine fee and medicines.
This groomery was my new favorite place to go, but I was really angry at their customer service. Person who spoke to me on the phone really didn’t care the fact that they missed some of their job and got my dog infected. The word sorry she used wasn’t even genuine. She just wanted to hang up the phone asap.
1 extra star for very satisfying service for first 2 times, can’t give more because of poor customer service and extra $ 95 I spent at vet+ 20% tip that I paid at groomery each time.

I love this place I have a papillon and they do wonderful for her hair I also have a Yorkie poo who has greasy hair and they cut her hair really short and that helped a lot the people who work there are really nice I love this place and it’s great !!!

Love this place! Referred by another customer after disastrous grooming of our beloved papillon. I see Jessica and she is wonderful! You can also get a hug from her pit bull Peach. We now have two dogs and both were groomed today to perfection. You will love their meticulous work!

I absolutely love Fidoz & so does our pup! Our shihtzu has been getting his cuts with Heather. I’m sure everyone does a wonderful job just like her! The place is very clean and I literally have nothing negative to say about this place. Heather leaves Lilo’s hair cuts very nice and even. Lilo would usually come back from the groomers very mad and destroying things in the house. But ever since he’s been going to Fidoz it’s been completely different. He comes back very happy, relaxed, and so calm. It just shows how much patience they have with him and he doesn’t leave stressed out or anxious. It’s almost like he had an amazing spa day. Also, he doesn’t spend HOURS at the groomers. The most is 4 hours if they are really busy. He once spent 7 hours at petsmart. So please take your pet to this location and I promise you won’t regret it!

This is my first time visiting this place and I can say that I was very impressed with their place and work. The place is clean, well kept, not crowded unlike other places and most importantly the staff were very nice, welcoming and super friendly!
I also enjoy the fact that my pet did not have to be kept in their for the entire day, unlike other places.
Heather, you did a great job styling my bichon frisé. Will be coming back again! This is a place where they trully care about your pets!

–Stitch is treated like royalty and everyone remembers him. Makes him feel like a superstar when he walks in with his wagging tail

We first met Randy when he used to work elsewhere in Germantown. After brief stint at a second location, we’re SO glad he finally opened up his own place!
Regarding the grooming results, we’ve always been pleased. Our pup Max is a YorkiePoo with funny hair — some areas straight, some super curly. He always looks sharp when he leaves. Randy has even groomed Max in preparation for surgery so he didn’t look ‘patchy’ during the growing out period! And Max absolutely *loves* the team — we once tried a mobile groomer for convenience, but Max was totally traumatized. I’ll never put him through that experience again.
Fidoz N Felinez is super clean, well-​organized, and he and Jessica are like family to us. I’d gladly (and often do) recommend them in a heartbeat!

Haven’t been this happy with a groomer (Heather) before! I found them on Unilocal and gave them a try today. I am so happy that I did! Today was the first time I picked up my dog and he wasn’t as tense as he normally is after getting groomed. In fact, he was really relaxed and happy. The groomer did an AMAZING job (exactly what I asked for … I showed her a picture), in a timely manner. All of the groomers are very friendly (the 3 I saw today) and seem to LOVE dogs. I’ve had a bad experience with a groomer (one of the pet stores) in the past because they were too rough with my dogs, and so I was at ease trying this place out today when I saw that the groomers are VERY gentle with the dogs while they are groomed.
The salon is very clean and well-​organized. A very modern look.
Their pricing is a lot more reasonable then the pet store prices, and they do an amazing job! If you’re looking for a groomer in the Germantown area … you should definitely give them a try! I am most definitely sure that you Will love them!
