Arts, crafts and deco/home store! It’s so much fun to shop in Michaels! Better to look online for coupons before going. They have baskets, art materials and everything else that helps your creative juices flowing.

The manager, James is the rudest person. My first time dealing with him I brushed it off as I thought maybe he was having a bad day, but NO he’s just rude and so unprofessional!!!

I love shopping this store, BUT… why only 1 register when you have lots and lots of customers? I would shop here more if it wasn’t for that one issue. I have walked in before, seen the long line and turned around and walked out.

Store is well stocked almost overstocked for the space. That said this store carries most everything. :Staff is helpful, if not always knowledgeable about the various items. Depending on the time of day there can be a bit of a wait to checkout. However, when I was here I saw staff help a customer load a large fragile order into her car… in the rain! I prefer this one to G’burg almost anyday

This store is NOT even ghetto fabulous… It’s just straight up hood! The staff members were helpful and actually walked me through the aisles to find the snowflakes I was looking for but I’ll be damned if any of them care to run the cash registers. The store is a mess and merchandise is strewn all over the place. Expect long lines and only one register to be open. I never visit Michaels and this visit just sealed the deal. I won’t be back unless I’m in dire need of crafts supplies.

First, this Michaels is impossible to find and then once you are there it is tiny and cramped. Nothing is priced correctly and the under age staff has no interest in helping.

If you need help you better ask Siri or google because nothing but Clarkburg High School brats work here that dont have a clue about anything. The lines are always long… The place reeks of some pine or cinnamon something that makes my nose itch and eyes water… The shelves are always looking like a tornado just hit it… They are always out of art supplies. The baking area is a hot mess… dye everywhere… Beads? ha! All the pretty ones are always gone… When you check out and you have coupons your given the evil eye. Excuse me for being a smart consumer and its not like the savings from the coupon is coming out of your paycheck dear. Seriously I dont know what it is about Germantown but its hard to get good service. I now go to the Kentlands.
