I was in your Germantown store in the Milestone Shopping Center earlier this week and was assisted by your very friendly associate Jonathan Hurtarte. I was there to gather information and had a lot of questions, and Jonathan was both patient and knowledgeable. For the one question I had that he couldn’t answer, he was quick to seek assistance to get me an answer. it was a great experience, and I will look for Jonathan any time I need anything from Staples! Worlds slowest service at their print center. Save yourself and go to a FedEx kinks or UPS store. The employees at this location are slow as molasses! Takes them 10 minutes to do something that can be done in less than a minute.

I’ve had business cards, hats and signs printed at this location for our business. I have always been very happy with the final product! I only gave 4 stars because sometimes I am unable to find anyone on the floor to help me when I am not able to find a specific item.

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! I would definitely give no stars at all if I could. This Staples location in general definitely needs more friendlier employees if possible. I took a visit on a Monday, came back on Wednesday, and the same sales associate had helped me as well. I asked questions, and I got rude responses back in return. He even denied helping me the Monday that I had come in too saying that he didn’t work that day, and I’m positive that it was the same person because on his bitter attitude in general! After he so nicely«helped» my boyfriend and I, he goes behind the counter, and it seemed like he was talking to someone about us in broken Spanish. My boyfriend is Hispanic, so he did understand what you were saying! Thank you so much for your assistance in absolutely nothing!

I came here to buy ink for my dads printer and I when I couldn’t find it I asked the manager for help but he gave me an attitude and I said never mind I found it. Then when I went to purchase the item the manager was the one at the checkout and I asked if I get credit for the old ink I had with me and he said I have to sign up for this card, so I did and then instead of him checking out my stuff he gave it to the new girl to check out my stuff. So with that experience I will never go to that staples again. I always expect great customers service but I guess that’s hard nowadays.

The most helpful sales people of the day. While having to wait 2 – 3 weeks to get my laptop back from Micro Center, I went to UMD for the remainder of the day(~70 minutes). I got to Staples a little before closing. Reno helped me. An ASUS Notebook PC sale was ending COB. I bought it w/2 year extended warranty/accident protection. Other than theft, it is covered. If it takes more than two days to fix they will give me a gift card for the amount of purchase. That folks, is a warranty!

I’ve been in here twice. Once, because I didn’t know any better. The second time? I guess I am a glutton for punishment. I don’t find that this store is set up very well, and I have a terrible time finding anything and that includes shopping carts. Good luck getting any help either. The store is dingy and not clean at all. It’s a miserable shopping experience. The prices are better than Office Depot, but I just can’t make myself go back there simply to save a few dollars.

You can really score big on savings if you sign up for their email specials. You really never need to clip coupons here, just show them the coupon on your smart phone. Here service is non existent. You have the employees here in the red shirts that see a customer and will try to dodge you. Usually stuff here is well stocked. I never have a problem with finding what I need and stuff here is cheaper just get the staples brand and you be okay. Usually here, stuff is its in bulk. I will say this, the managers Mr. Bartholomew and Ms. Strickland are the best, he will always go out of his way to help you. A promotion expired the day before and he honored it for me. Everytime, I come here, he will be the only one that will thank you for shopping here. It seems little right, but I spend a lot here. And sometimes a little thank you can go a long way or have a nice day. I hate it when I shop at places and the cashiers just give you the change and thats it. I dont live close to this location but I will only come to this location. The always have HP ink specials and give you a return ink refund when you return empty ink cartiages. Miss Strikeland will go out of her way to help you in getting what you need but the rest of the employees here are idiots or space cadets. But prepare to wait in line to get rung up.

I looked online to make sure they had the Nexus 7 tablet. Their site said yes and I went over. The person working the floor said at 1st they had them but they weren’t unpacked and asked if I could come back later. After saying no, he asked me to wait while went to see if he could get one out. 10 min later he signals me to the checkout. While checking out I notice that it was the wrong one. So I asked the checkout guy to grab me the correct one. He went to the back and came back saying there didn’t have any. I mentioned the website having them listed as in stock and he gave me some excuse that the website doesn’t actually mean in-stock on location or some nonsense like that. I complained on twitter and was contacted by Staples. They said that store was contacted and they were in stock if I would go back over. By then I had enough. I asked if they would free ship me one overnight and I’d be happy to pay full price. That wasn’t an option. So, I got up from my computer and 45 min later I had what I wanted from Office Max. Never going back to this location again.
