Office Depot

I really don’t understand why every time I come in here the people act like you are more of a bother than anything else. The service here is really awful and the only reason I come in is because it is the cheapest place to get the ink I need for my printer. However, I think I am going to start ordering it online instead.
Customer service goes a long way.

The young lady who helped me was very knowledgable and accommodating. The sales prices were perfect for what I needed, and the wandering employee who stopped to see if I needed any help was very polite.

Service S***** at this store. 8 pm and two associates, one of which is the store manager (using title loosely). Tried to purchase a printer… brought ticket to front… waited patiently (remember there are two associates in entire store). Ross, store manager called the customer in front of me to open a register, I follow them, rang them up, I’m next right? Nope, took someone that had just walked in. Unapologetic when I informed him that I was in line.
So…I am at least happy for my soon to be purchase you say… nope! Item out of stock even though they have tickets asking the customer to take ticket to cashier. Again, unapologetic. Tried to sell me used display for 10% off!!! Said it had never been turned on. Was surprised when I told him it was on and had ink as well (remember it was a printer).
Asked for DM number and asked me to complete survey on receipt (purchased other small items).
Way to go Office Depot!!! Continue this route and you’re gonna go out of business.

Really super un-​impressed by this location. I had to drive here 3 times in one day from Bartlett to try and get something printed and they still ended up sending me down to Wolfchase everytime because they didn’t want to fool with it. It was super time sensitive for a funeral and I was so disgusted at the lack of service.
