Their front desk staff is absolutely terrible. They are rude, never return calls, and they consistently screw up dealings with insurance companies. Their job is to prevent you from talking to your doctor

When I learned that my employers were changing health plans I was so upset, but a coworker referred me to Dr. Anders. Dr. Anders wasn’t accepting new patients so I made an appointment with Dr. Molai and I’m so glad I did. She is fantastic! She was very thorough in her assessment and very easy to talk to I have no regrets at all with her as my primary care physician.
The office itself is very convenient for me, right across the street from where I work, and the office staff is very nice. The only thing I can say that’s slightly negative is that the wait to check in and then to check out have been lengthy. I can’t say it’s like that all the time but every time I’ve gone it’s been that way. However t he service I receive there far outweighs the wait times.

Dr Molai is wonderful!
I trust PPA to keep my health in line. I always feel like my appts and concerns are a priority here and whenever I’m feeling ill, they provide a remedy.
Customer service is great. All transactions are convenient and electronic (sending prescriptions, getting results, etc) blood work is on sight, appts are easy to schedule and X-​rays are next door.
This is a very reliable doctors office.

Was very fortunate to be referred to Dr. Anders when I moved to the area 7 years ago. These folks have an outstanding practice and Dr. Anders is a great guy. I’ve been very happy with their services.
