This company provides the WORST service and they left me with nothing but a black screen. They also refuse to provide me with a refund. I’m going to report it as a fraudulent company.

This started out as a qualified company to assist computer owners with many remote services for their computers. In the past three weeks, they have not responded to my service calls and in the past two days their answering machine says they are closed. This is a company that represents that they are open 365 days per year and 24 hours per day. This past Friday they were working with my computer doing an upgrade remotely and on Saturday morning I found that virtually all of my operating programs were lost. Programs like Microsoft Office, AOL, and some proprietary programs. I encourage you to think twice about using them.
