Witch’s Broom Cleaning Service

I have been using The Witch’s Broom Cleaning service for the last 3 months or so. They are extremely professional. They show up when expected, treat my home and belongings with care and respect and when they leave the house is spotless. I have had other people clean for me who charged less per hour but did not do as thorough a job. The owner is very honest and has shown on several occasions that she is considering what’s best for me — not just what will make the most money for her. An example is that when we started, I had a construction project that was scheduled to begin in a few weeks. She worked out a different schedule so that they wouldn’t be cleaning rooms that were about to be covered in dust, and instead did a partial schedule (at a lower price) until the renovation was complete.
The two ladies who clean my home were well trained by the owner who showed up the first few times and worked alongside them, making sure they knew exactly what is expected. They are great!
Another thing I appreciate is that they are willing to use more natural products, which is important to me.
Finally, I also appreciate the fact that TWB is an actual business with insurance, bonding, etc., so that I feel confident and safe using their services. I would (and do) highly recommend their services to anyone.

Witch’s Broom does a good job with cleaning, and they’re reliable, but they grossly overcharge. Their normal fee is at least half again what anyone else would charge; and when I recently had them come to do a by-​the-​hour cleaning job, they worked fifteen minutes less than the full time I paid them for, yet still expected to be paid for the whole time. When you’re charging $ 80 an hour, 15 minutes worth of work is actually quite expensive! I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
