I love eating here. I have been regularly eating here for years and I keep coming back. Great atmosphere, family friendly, good food. The pizza is some of the best I’ve had with just the right amount if cheese and sauce. I would also recommend trying their grilled chicken subs! They have a punch card where every 10th is free.

We loved it here! Our grandsons had a baseball tournament, and we just happened to stop in for lunch. They have the best gluten free pizza and sub rolls. We were pleasantly surprised! Great service too!!!

Don’t be fooled by outward appearances! It’s definitely what is on the inside that counts. We stopped here on a local recommendation, and were so glad we did. Everything is made in house, from breads to sauces. If you enjoy good Italian food and friendly service this is the place to go in Gettysburg. In addition, they have an amazing and delicious gluten free menu that offers pizza, subs, and pasta dishes.

Out favorite place in town for pizza. After living in New Jersey for so many years My wife and I were worried we would never find great pizza in Gettysburg. I was wrong. My wife has a gluten allergy so we always order a gf pie for her. The Greek pizza is amazing as is everything else on the menu. Forget the pizza chains and try this place!

Not the neatest atmosphere, it’s crowded and small. The prices were high and the pizza was just ok. The people are nice and that’s about it. I would go 2 miles up the road to Tommys Pizza. They have a better atmosphere and the prices are better.

After reading the reviews we decided to try this place out. The GF crust is amazing! It’s crisp and tasty. We also got the GF ravioli which was good. The sauce is yummy. We also got a regular crust BBQ chicken pizza, chicken Parmesan pizza, and veal parmigiana. All the food was wonderful. The service was friendly and helpful and they had a great selection of beverages for both adults and kids. The facility is clean but out dated which wasn’t a big deal for us at all. All in all, this is a great place to get a good tasting meal.

This little gem is an out of the way pizza and sandwich joint. It’s not impressive inside or out but if you’re in this neck of the woods and want a good steak sandwich it’s worth the short drive out of the city center. We went for the pizza as most reviews rave about it but the pizza is average and not cooked in a classic stone pizza oven so it can’t be amazing. Fairly quick, nice staff. It reminds me of a gas station when you go in, definitely family run. A five star to me means you drive out of your way to eat here, a four star means you definitely go if you’re a local a three star is if you want a good average meal and your near by you should good. Total 3 star!

We’ve lived here for 7 years and discovered this place when we first moved here. It was right down the street and as it turned out, it was awesome! Over the years we’ve ordered things from all over the menu and have NEVER been disappointed. Highly recommend this place, sadly they don’t deliver, but it’s well worth the trip.

I recently had to start eating gluten-free and had heard that Deliso has great GF options. I stopped there for lunch and ordered a 6″ Italian sub to go. I just couldn’t get over that bread — I really don’t think anyone would know they were eating GF if they weren’t told! A few days after that, I got a small GF «special» pizza to go. The server explained that GF pizza crusts tend to «get wet» easily, so she carefully vented the box. I didn’t start eating it for about 15 minutes, but it was very good. Next time I’d like to try eating one on-site to see if there’s a difference. I’m both happy and sad to have found this great GF option so close to home — I’ll have to exercise some self-restraint not to break the budget there…

Great little spot, family run, casual, excellent pizza(and I’m picky about good pizza) and lots of gluten-free options! Our daughter is also dairy free so they made her GF pasta(they offer a few different kinds) with olive oil and garlic. Perfect! She also loved the GF sub roll with olive oil for dipping. Friendly staff, too — we will definitely return next time we are passing thru/visiting Gettysburg.

Easily the best pizza in town. Get the Deliso’s special with ham, pepperoni, green pepper, onion, mushroom, and sausage. You will never forget it!

Saw the rating on Unilocal looking for the best pizza in town. We generally eat at Tommys but they use eggs and our son has an allergy. Upon our arrival, this place looks like a typical pizzeria with laminate booths and a tv in the corner. The service was matter of fact but with a taste of Italian charm. We ordered a large… half pepperoni half sausage, onion, and mushroom. The sauce is the closest to real Italian sauce since I had pizza in Naples, Italy. The flavor actually grew with each bite. The pizza is phenomenal. One of the best we have had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Have yet to have the pizza, but it looks very good. I have had the Italian subs and they are to die for. The bread is always fresh. Definitely our go to place in The area for subs. Always busy but efficient. I want to go there right now but it says they are closed on Sunday?

Definitely best pizza in the area! Was coming back from a trip in Lancaster and this place by far got the best reviews. Staff was courteous and friendly, the large pizza was huge and delicious and my friend who got a chicken cheese steak said it was very good and flavorful. Definitely would go again and recommend!

We came here because of all of the great gluten free reviews, and found them to be right on!(I only gave it four stars because the crust was underdone on our pizza.) We ordered a side of the gluten free bread, as well as the GF crust for our pizza. The bread was light and delicious, not dry like so many other GF breads I’ve tried. Also, I have a dairy sensitivity, and the chef remembered when she brought my bread and brought extra sauce for dipping — so kind! Lots to try in Gettysburg, but I would definitely recommend this!

The food here is some of the best in town! Great pizza, great salad, great subs! I’ve tried many items from their menu and never once been disappointed. The owners are a small-town staple! Always working hard, side by side, and smiling/joking with their customers.

The great pizza places normally look rundown… very old booths… counter to order at that’s right in front of the oven, and Deliso’s is just that! I am GF and heard about this place from someone else. I live in Westminster and decided to come out with my mom(who isn’t GF) for lunch here. It was excellent. I have tried many different kinds of GF pizza and this is certainly the best. My mom even enjoyed it. The fries were also very good. We got buffalo chicken pizza and she even checked for us if the buffalo sauce had gluten in it. It’s prepared on surfaces where they only use GF flour.(I think the owner has Celiacs). They also have spaghetti, ziti, lasagna, ravioli, bread, and subs that are GF. I can’t imagine not getting pizza when I go back, but I want to try it all someday! Definitely will return.

You would never know it to look at the place, but they have by far the best pizza in town. The staff has always been warm and friendly, but there are a few new younger cooks that seem unhappy to have to work for a living, but I digress. The owner is a pizza artist and very funny to boot. The subs that are served are top notch as well, as they use fresh baked rolls made on site. Also if you have asked yourself, «Where’s a cop when you need one?», then just stop by here at any given meal time, you are sure to find one.
