I sent a watch to this dealer and paid $ 125 for what was supposed to be a 6 week repair. I received the watch 12 weeks later and it did not work, was running very fast. I was told that the watch could have been damaged in the mail so I drove three hours from DC to have it «fixed again». Still running fast. Sent it back– when I got it back a few weeks later it stopped running. Sent a follow up email to see how my warranty would be honored(in their favor, all subsequent efforts were free, but I still paid $ 125 originally), no response. Poor communicators overall. Asked to speak with the watch expert to make sure I was doing everything right and got no help.
